My main thanks for subs would have to be CoalGuys, thanks for subbing some of my most anticipated animes (Toradora and K-ON! to name a few). Also I have to give a big thank you to Ayako for subbing Tayutama, they are the only ones I'm aware who are subbing this and to a good quality too, big thanks to you too.

This is an incredibly special thank you to Kewl0210 for seeing a project that’s lasted 6 years, spanning 150 episodes.
Konjiki no Gash Bell, is a series I hold close to my heart ever since following the Anime-Empire releases back in 2004. It’s a series that has always been under estimated and typically skipped over, thus there has been no real competition or desire for it by fansub groups. Perhaps that was a blessing for Anime Destiny to be able to single headedly focus on this until the very end. As illegal as this hobby may be and as of lately as harsh and brutal a world it has perhaps become, where people troll each other, release for fame and generally piss about, there are moments like this that just make you think, “You know, this hobby isn’t so bad after all.” It just simply depends on the reasons you engage in it. One can only imagine the number of staff walking out, staff being fired, staff simply not doing their fair share, staff not being enough thus the project cannot move anywhere over 4 years of this, but somehow, in someway, Kewl0210 stuck it out and drove it forward until the very end. For that, I tip my hat to you; you’re a true source inspiration as a human being for your incredible achievement, I don’t think too many fansubbers offline could say they’ve suffered and achieved such a thing, it’s surely something to be proud of. At present, you deserve a long ass holiday, but should Anime Destiny continue with another new series (I know you’re still working on a few other Gash Bell stuffs), I look forward to your future releases. ^^ Once again, thank you very much for seeing this anime series until the very end.

Thanks GG Subs
I would like to take the opportunity to thank GG subs for the wonderful job they have been doing .
But for one particular niche show actually highlighted there sincerity to the anime community in general . The show I am talking about it is Thriller Restaurant or Kaidan Restaurant , its a show for a younger audience that hasn't been very popular with the anime community . Being a fan of such shows I am delighted, as in the past shows like Nube Kitaro were dropped . I would hope GG continued what they are doing and continue bringing us Kaidan Restaurant . Cheers to GG Subs ^.^

[ACG] Fullmetal Alchemist OVA - The Blind Alchemist
Whoever [ACG] are, at least the team who subbed this OVA are truly superb. Amazing translation and editing that I haven't seen in such a long time, totally perfect for such a poignant short episode (That and use of BrEng = you guys rock, native lang ftw)

I would like to thank:
gg, Himatsubushi and Frostii for subbing Nyan Koi. gg for Ookamikakushi gg and Hatsuyuki for Umineko Mazui for Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Fubuki for their excellent subbing of 11 eyes. The guys/girls of Fubuki fansubs are my heroes. They continued working on a lot of my favourite anime series that others have already dropped.

Idk if this is the right place to post, but ill post it anyway. My thanks go to all developers of Aegisub. W/o them fansubbing scene wouldnt be as good as of now. Appreciate the program theyve created. It has given the fansubbers ease in timing, making kara and tsing the series they wanted to sub.

I would like to thank all fansubbers, but especially:
Yuurisan-Subs: for the EXCELLENT Dance In The Vampire Bund fansub. You even went through the trouble of editing Mina's lines with archaic English to reflect her speech pattern. Thank you. Mochi: For putting up with a translator who always causes delays, even though he doesn't mean it. Mazui: For fansubbing Katanagatari, a pain in the ass to time, translate and edit. |
