As I expected, Shiina is still hell-bent on winning Yuuto over, despite him dating Haruka for quite some time now. And Haruka will probably remain uncertain of how much Yuuto truly loves her till the very end. Can't say I like this development, I thought we were past this by now. And I really didn't like Shiina's attitude: "Sorry, Haruka, you're my best friend, but I still want your lover, no hard feelings, OK?"
Fortunately, most of the other stuff made up for that, though I'm dreading the direction this show is going in.

It looks like there will be a special screening of the 2nd and 3rd episode on the Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival on October 7. Hopefully someone will be there and tell us what happens in those episodes

Well that was an......*ahem* interesting episode. I do wish the animation could have been a bit better though, being the last episode and all.
Spoiler for Finale Episode 4:

There's no subs still. Only one group is working on uit and there are large delays because their editor has some health issues

Speaking from experience, I feel like I miss this kind of innocent romance in an anime series. Nowadays, the romantic comedy is composed of so many girls and just as many distractions for the main pair. But Yuuto has shown great consideration in at least not going for anyone that's not Haruka, and it somehow dampens any worries I had throughout the show. The rest of the girls also either did not contribute or simply supported the main pair. Also, kudos to Shiina for being aware about her feelings and how her feelings would be inevitably unrequited. Good things come to those who wait.
Overall, Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu is an innocent romcom that some people should consider in case the romcom setups nowadays have been too frustrating. Although the show does have its frustrating moments (the unnecessary Idol Arc which fortunately lasted for two episodes and WHEN WILL THEY KISS DAMMIT), the tradeoff is a "wholesome" story between a 5/10 boy and an 11/10 girl. Entries #324 and 325 GET.
