It turns out Kaguya had an even better reason to distrust others, and that it was Hayasaka herself who told her to only befriend people she could fully trust. I really liked that flashback. Hayasaka's mother roasted Kaguya after hearing that story (what a bitch, dismissing that as an "endless stream of complaints" ), but I think it's actually a precious memory for her daughter too. It's just not the most important. Even more curious to see what it is now.

The value of a bastard child depends on a lot of factors. As it is, she doesn't threaten the succession, and there might be plenty of potentially valuable allies "in the market", as it were, for a political marriage with her. Especially since her mother had a high enough status to protect her somewhat when she was alive.

From what I gathered, the leakers put Winnie Pooh on the leaked page to prevent it to be shared into China because apparently, if you are trying to share some image with Pooh at China forums, you will get banned or arrested, so the China posters have to remove the Pooh before they shared it to China manga forum.

What a sinister move from the leaker.

As for the chapter, Kaguya fighting for Hayasaka was quite refreshing since she's proving how much she means to her, also kicking her brother's ass once and for all shows that Kaguya has the guts.

It's nice to see how far Kaguya is willing to go for Hayasaka, though I do wonder how she'll get away with it. She did say she had Hayasaka hack one of her brothers and get dirt on them so maybe she'll use that.

A spoiler pic or two intended as examples are still allowed. But an entire chapter is going too far. Read Forum Rule 1.1 for more information.
