Hey there! I thought that I would just pop in to share a couple of my song dubs with you all.

These are from Haruhi Suzumiya~

Bouken Desho Desho? English

Hare Hare Yukai English (New video)

God Knows (includes fandubbed scene)

Well, even though I'm not generally a fan of english versions of Japanese songs, those were really good. Only a couple of crits:

Bouken Deshou Deshou: Sounded great for the most part, only problem (a personal thing mostly) is I felt the vibrato was a touch overdone. It's a nice skill (something I could never get my voice to do

) but can kill a song for me if overdone. Translation and structure were pretty much spot on though, sounded really good, even the trickier segments

Hare hare yukai: Again, sounded good, except for some harmonizing problems (little out of tune here and there.) Other than that, good stuff, translation and structure again pretty good, though personally I found the other song worked out better overall.

Incidentally, I loved the video for hare hare yukai, that was surpremely well put together (KyoAni ftw) and I hadn't seen it before, so you shall have a cookie for a great performance + showing me something nice

I'll be practicing my harmonies as well as controlling my vibrato better~

Oh man, those were awesome. I signed up just to tell you that they're awesome.

Seriously, they are. Lovely work, you were in sync which was excellent.

If you do God Bless, that would really brighten anyone's day. This stuff is great.

Good luck with everything else with you do, but most importantly, stay smexy.

Actually, we just finished up God Knows a couple of days ago (it can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3tTR2XK258&eurl=). I'm still working on the harmonies and such for the mp3 version.
I'm so excited about the cast for the official English dub. I really hope that they have plans to dub the songs!

Better than what I expected Cristina. Bouken Desho and God Knows were particularily good(although the Kyon voice in God Knows was comically bad). Hare Hare Yukai was good except for the sped up lyrics at one point due to translation, but thats understandable

Overall I'm impressed-you possess a great voice and I'd like to hear more sometime.

After realizing that all my usual screen names were already spoken for, I just typed the first thing that came to mind (which just goes to show how random my thoughts are o_o; )
