Apollo is a seperately character from Apollonius.

I have thought of a way that Zessica can survive without involving asspulls.

What is this wondrous way of saving our green-haired heroine without making the writing staff look even worse, you ask?

A lot of this is tongue-in-cheek of course, but parts of it are serious.

That's nice but we would still need a scene of Amata and Zessica talking and Amata realizing how much of a jerk he was to her. I mean seriously, forgetting about her "again" after she risked everything for him so that he could try and get with Mikono? That's baby naming material right there if they decide to go through with Amata x Mikono.

Well... There's only one episode left and the two lovers are out for the count inside the Dark Aquarion. That's pretty much the dark wedding right there. The World is dying and they're being used to destroy both worlds and merge whats left into a new world where Mykage will rule as a vile God. Don't think Zessica's body would survive such a change but eh... Mykage doesn't need her after he has killed everyone.

I like it!

One simply can't deny the importance of doughnuts to Aquarion.

And it would be rather a nice twist to have Mykage be the one breaking the possession of Zessica.

...But your theory has a flaw. Ants. Once Zessica is free, Fudo's pet ants will crawl out from their hiding place and devour the rest of the doughnut wedding ring. Mykage will be betrayed and trolled once more.

It wouldn't surprise me if they pull another split soul thing like the did in the final (I think) ep of genesis and say Sylvia had her soul split due to losing Apollo and her brother. I mean just remember all the reveals they did in that final episode, I think EVOL could still have a few big ones lined up (am I the only one who wouldn't be surprised is Shrade isn't dead)

I have a feeling this time Fudo would leave the cycle. And the only piece of Apollonius that remains would be Crea/Rena.

Yes Touma would be trolled once again.

Which is why Fudo has been letting her take charge. Its not like she is a cripple anymore. It is time to stand on her two feet.

In response to the "Wedding in Mourning Clothes" I think it was pretty much said in ep 25 with Mykage doing a union with Mikono and Kagura...I don't think they will have a an actual wedding in the final episode...it'll be too much here and there to fit everything in (even though I would have liked to see it!)...And I have a feeling Mikono and Amata might sacrifice their lives in the end...the preview for the next episode is similar to another anime I watched and the main heroine ended up narrating the preview with some poetic rambling and then she ended up sacrificing herself then reborn again in the end credits LOL...Bleh at this rate I'll be ok if they died just hopefully when they are reborn we don't get nonsensical writing and hopefully it wont be forced and rushed the next time around (that's if they decide to do an OVA).

Something just occurred to me. What was the point of Mykage making Donar suffer?

Just a theory since he is being shipped with Soumi.

Mykage is the collective grudge of Touma. He hates Pollon and Celiane.

It wouldn't surprise me if it turns out he was Sirius. Mykage making him suffer.

Soumi she is protected by Fudo as Mykage doesn't have a clue who she was. Soumi's seiyuu Kobayashi Sanae was also Reika. Reika was Scorpius. Apollonius' friend whom Touma used.

Fudo erased references to Scorpius' betrayal from the Book of Genesis.

Basically he ships his old friend and lover, former students.

More like Mikage just hates love in general. he'd rather see those in love suffer after what happened to him when he was still Toma and Apollonius.

The subbers for ep 25 mentioned that they made a mistake.

Zessikage quickly picks herself up, and is about to rejoin the battle when Gen Fudo appears out of nowhere to speak some words of doughy nutty wisdom to everybody's favorite fabulous angel. Fudo speaks about donuts, and how they relate to love, such as the love that Apollonius and Touma felt for one another! This seems bizarre to Mykage at first, but eventually the words of love, romance, and acceptance becomes clear to him. "This donut will be the salvation of two worlds!" Fudo loudly declares, "For with this donut, I will end the pain in your heart, Mykage. This donut will be the wedding band that finally marries Apollonius and Touma, after 24,000 years of heartache!" Mykage's heart is all aflutter, as Fudo places a donut over one of Zessikage's fingers as though it were a wedding band. Ah, but now *the twist!* Mykage is in Zessica's body because they are of similar broken hearts! They are both "unchosen" as Mykag said. But no longer! Many of us have suggested that Zessica expels Mykage from her body by getting over Amata. But what if it's the other way around? What if Fudo fulfills Mykage's deepest desire, thus causing him to be the one who is no longer defined by a broken heart? Zessica and Mykage are now no longer in synch! Mykage can no longer hold her body captive, which was Fudo's whole plan, inspired in part by Crea's cries for help. Mykage is expelled from Zessica's body (which will be made clear by Zessica's hair and makeup returning to normal appearance). Then we finally hear Zessica again. Zessica is deeply distraught, openly hating herself over how "she" played a key role in the death of Amata's parents. But Mikono (and/or Mix) rushes to save the day! By having Mikono show love, friendship, and forgiveness to Zessica, the hope is that the audience will like Mikono once more, all part of Kawamori's grand plan! Mikono's words get through to Zessica, and thanks to them, Zessica is able to forgive herself and live on. Meanwhile, Mykage is defeated... by a donut. MMmmmmmmm.... doughnut! And there you have it!
