Hanamonogatari has just been pulled out from the second season website.

Anybody know why??? Could they be doing a chronological release after NekoShiro??? Or is Hana part of the *gulp* final season???

It's still there under "introduction". More likely someone made a mistake when updating the Story section.
If they were cutting Hana it would be far, far too late to do so, unless the infamous Shaft scheduling disease is rearing its ugly head again.

Official aniplex website just also listed the second season as only five stories......

They could always announce later that the sixth story will ship as OVAs after the TV broadcast, or some other similar thing. In the end, if this means that the five stories will have more episodes each, that's probably a good thing.

Oh wow, you have got to be kidding me. IIRC Hana is pretty important in some aspects to the stories that follow it too, so this is pretty ????.

If this is indeed what's going to happen (and right now it's not clear), I'm sure they'll make it make sense somehow.

If it's true it's just so incredibly last-minute that it comes as a huge shock.

I'd just like to confirm that Nekomonogatari White and Tsubasa Tiger are in fact one in the same and as such will be the opening Arc of Zenmonogatari since Nekomonogatari Black was an adaptation of Tsubasa Family.

Is that a question...?
Yes, Nekomonogatari (White) is subtitled "Tsubasa Tiger".

For reference:
Kabukimonogatari (Mayoi Jiangshi)
Hanamonogatari (Suruga Devil)
Otorimonogatari (Nadeko Medusa)
Onimonogatari (Shinobu Time)
Koimonogatari (Hitagi End)

Prolly a mistake, Staff&Cast page still lists all six and so does the revamped Introduction section.

Maybe because Kanbaru is arguably less popular than other girls so they decided to remove it and just bundle it with BD or DVD to increase the sales?

just maybe...

Darn I want dedicated arc for Sawashiro though

Well, not a lot of people like Hanamonogatari, I notice, but I highly doubt they're actually cutting it, we would have heard before now.

Hana was a book I was expecting more. I'm disappointed because Kanbaru is my character favorite

OK, the good news and the bad news.

Good News: Crunchyroll will be streaming Monogatari Series 2nd Season.

Bad News: It will be on a month's delay. That's right. Delayed by a month.

What the hell, it's real? Isn't it a bit late to remove it outright?

That's odd, since the official site still has Hana on it in the intro page (story is missing it, still).....guess i'll have to use a different way than CR to watch it then. :I Maybe they're saving Hana for the very last one?

Hana is absent from the AoA page, which is of course where Crunchy is getting their information from.
It's still mentioned on the Aniplex Japan site and in the Intro section on the official website, and if it was actually being removed they would have announced something by now.
If it -is- being removed it means that Shaft isn't even half-finished animating the show, which is extremely worrisome.
