I don't think Keima calculated Ayumi to see this moment. Keima really became ultimate human trash in this chapter.

Keima is screwed up, badly. So badly. I see almost no possibility that Keima can escape this situation with good end.

That was probably not the best way to end this situation. But Keima is not emotionally prepared to commit to a real-life relationship, despite the experiences he's been through since the start. So in that sense the outcome was inevitable, but I can't help but feel that there might have been some route that would be a bit less painful for Chihiro.

Time to rewind to the very start and check if there was any foreshadowing, since this confession came quite out of left field.

The only good (maybe?) thing to come out of this is that Ayumi saw it, she's likely to confront Keima about it which will bring him in contact with the last goddess faster.

Actually i think it will have the reverse effect on Ayumi, seeing that Keima is acting quite heartless in front of her best friend. If it was me, i wouldn't even trust Keima after what he has done to Chihiro.
It was the best solution IF Ayumi did not see this

Man this chapter was harsh, but hey some drama will do this series some good. Not everything needs to be sunshine and peaches after all.~

It's an interesting revelation that Chihiro had a crush on Keima even before her conquest happened. It's a shame Keima is so fixated on his personal conclusion that it's impossible for a real girl to ever love him normally.

And the fact Ayumi saw what happened will make things even worse, I'm really curious how Wakaki is going to bring this all to a satisfactory conclusion.

Kinda interesting that you think, you know the personality of Chihiro and baaam! She loved him already for a long time. I didnt expect her to say that.

Poor Chihiro, who's heart got pirced. I dont think, that it will be easy to win over. He said realy harsh words. Ayumi might think, that he tricked both of them.

And still... I cant stand Ayumi in her Maid outfit!

Keima took School Days route. He is, totally screwed. Not going to say anything specific, but finally, Keima is no longer God but human trash - otaku in reality - Wakaki's past himself. I finally get to realise Wakaki's true intention for dragging this arc for so long, yet totally clueless what move he will do after. Entire flag for Chihiro and Ayumi is - destroyed.
