I kinda agree I don't like 19 that much because their is no touma and accel doesn't have much fighting time. But still its a great one.

As for vol 08. Just like I said in the previews sentence.... no touma and accel. Even if touma punch a building back and accel just finish of awaki. Its more on kuroko and misaka and judgment.

I don't find them too entertaining.

can't wait for vol 20 raws scan and txt format.

I'm very surprise and happy yet at the same i feel weird and confuse.

I'm very surprise and happy to know there was another Sister clone or specifically, a new generation of Level 4 Sister clones design for combat and who's mission is to hunt down Accelerator and Last Order. This is exciting!

Yet i feel weird and confuse when i see Misaka Worst. The reason i feel weird because i was planning to write a fanfic last year about about this Sister clone who was thought to have died in the Level 6 project but survived and now has a vendetta against Accelerator for something the others Sister don't know by making his life a living hell. Looking at Misaka Worst gave me a shock coz thats how i picture the Misaka in my fanfic except she had longer, white hair, bigger boobs and wore Black camo military gear.
If you guys want to know more of this fic, i could put this in the fanfic board if you want.

So, quick Volume 20 bullet summary for the spoilers released so far:

Spoiler for Volume 20, may contain unmarked speculation:

All roads lead to Russia:

• Mikoto hijacks a jet.
• Mugino does the same.
• Kazakiri flies off on her own (to save Index, presumably).
• Hamazura meets with Acqua (implied friendly meeting, AFAIK).

With all the big shots gathering up in Russia, it's gonna be a wasteland by the time this arc is over.

Meetings/Fights:

• Accelerator vs Academy City Powered Armors + Russian magicians -> Redirection / Vector Control can work against Magic too.
• Accelerator vs Misaka WORST -> Misaka WORST's apparent objective was to kill Last Order, since the SISTERS are now apparently obsolete. Accelerator can't bring himself to harm another Misaka. He manages to subdue her but she commits suicide / self-destructs afterwards, causing Accelerator to have an emotional breakdown and go on a rampage (black wings mode).
• Accelerator vs Touma -> with Accelerator still rampaging, he just happens to see Touma passing by, and then proceeds to attack him (such misfortune ). Accelerator is defeated, and Touma managed to punch some sense into him. Touma keeps LO's condition stable with IB.
• Stiyl Magnus vs Counterattack mode Index.
• Fiamma vs Vent + Sasha.
• Kazakiri vs Misha.
• France is invading England.

Not much info yet on the Magic side fights. And there's quite a handful in the spoilers so far. The WORST line looks interesting though. I imagine their version of LO is gonna be something like a female version of Hei from DtB. Or, it could be Full Tuning as speculated.

Other info:

• Accelerator kept himself alive by vector-stitching his wounds and hastening his metabolism.
• Imagine Breaker got a small upgrade. It can now "Interfere" instead of just "Erase". Not sure what that means.
• The Queen's physical appearance is described (not sure if illustrations are available).

hey I'm new here so please bear with me if it's been mentioned before but why doesn't accelerator just turn invisible and make no sound as he moves around?

He can manipulate vectors of things he touches so he can vector the light waves to go around his body instead of reflecting rendering him invisble all the time?

And sounds he make are vibrations of objects he touches right? so why doesn't he just change the vector of the vibration to 0 emitting no sound?

And he could do this to any sort of form of detection like thermal imaging, he can vector the exact same amount of energy that the surrounding environment is emitting so he could appear invisible on the thermal imaging equipment.

Hm, I think so far, given the situations he's been in, invisibility wouldn't have helped Accelerator much.
And I guess he has to calculate quite a bit just to do what you pointed out.
So I don't even see a great point in it, whether or not he could do it.

you should see the character discussion thread or try searching it as its in other threads aswell, from what i remember they go into it quite heavily

Could be because he took some shots from fia, terra did hint that if the IB was a bit more stronger/have more experience it would have had a wider effect area and more control. Maybe going against a similar power have had some stimulation effect to IB.

Is there any mention about kazakiri's condition? Or how did she go into FUSE mode? Kinda interested in how would she go FUSE along, or is eiwa given her some of he's power?
