Probably the threat lies in their will to expand the esper limits with something that's most likely a taboo for AC. Using esper tech on espers.

Silvercross had a mind that was already moving past human limitations. Combine such mind with the instant knowledge and overall mental and physical enhacement of the testament-like cyborg AI (as he was presented), but add a five OVER on top and you might get something close to a saint... Then recruit similar people and make them go through the same process and building an army of monsters could be possible...

Maybe an army of saints-level soldiers would be too much to expect, but if they are as good as artificial valkyries, then they could definitely pose a threat to Gremlin (as unlike an artificial valkyrie, each of these would have a mind of their own)

But the game itself sounds fun, I guess you could easily fill a mmorpg server with only Misakas.

Don't need to think too much into it- The text said "Potential Enemy", all it means is that they will be fighting them.
