I can't wait to see Darkstar's episode. I really dug these three prologue chapters in the manga.

Those are Chinese subs, so most likely kanji.

I just happened upon this series on Random Curiosity and I gotta say this has gone to the top of my watch list with CG-R2. After watching the RAW, this is exactly the type of show I needed this season. I love everything about it. I wonder if they will keep it at at least this level. It looks like Ep1 quality.

My favorite part is the sun/moon leering during the whole show.

But overall, this show is a bit too slapstick. The lovestory is also not credible.
"A cool guy doesnt cheat on his woman" ... he's a weapon, not a cool guy. and who
does he want to be cool to?

Meh. I might follow just to see the goofy art and occaisonal well animated fight scene.

Uh I don't think there's really a lovestory in soul eater after all it's a shonen manga, still judging from the op the show is dropping subtle hints. But i guess it all depends on how much control over the characters Bones has been given by Okubo , if it's like FMA where Arakawa gave bones complete creative control over the characters then they would allowed to do anything to them and the story if they wanted.

I'm totally in love with this series~! The animation style is truly awesome <3 And am I the only one, who likes the main heroine voice?

I was so pleasantly surprised with this show, that I've gone overboard and made some avatars

To be fair, it didn't air until page 12

Everybody's waiting for the late show it seems. If the show maintains its popularity though, we'll probably see speed subs.

You could always watch side by side with the manga. They didn't add/change too many lines.
