She really did look excessively... um... happy in that scene. Even when I first saw that scene I found myself thinking "Wow, do you really enjoy seeing the princesses in action that much?"

I actually was hoping to see Violet lay the smack down on the boss personally. We've never really had a chance to see her fight, despite her being the captain of the guard in Galette. Alas it was not to be, as the princesses insisted on shirking their responsibilities, and came in to steal the show.

Yes. It's a substitution code for kana, used to construct Engrish, in every case I've seen. I have yet to have seen it used to construct Japanese words. I developed an alphabet chart independently, but an official chart was later included in one of the series blurays. (I also worked out the substitution cypher used for the Ano Natsu alien script, and, long ago, some of the DearS script.)

In episode 3, the elaborate blue Nanoha-esque spell circles that Calloway casts translate to a lot of magic technobabble: JEWEL MATRIX DRIVE OVERLAY CONTROL RIBBON EXTENSION SUPPORT HEIMAT

Also in episode 3, Becky attacks with four sets of spellcards. They all read "Palette Trajectory" along the top, and "Rapid Bomb," "Homing Laser" (against random mooks), "Burst Flare" (against Cinque and Nanami), and "Straight Shoot" (against Princess Millefiori) along the bottom.

Such a great episode and the next one is going to be Pastillage!

I've waited SOOOOOO long to see an episode centered on Galette without Biscotti hogging all the fun ~ ~ ~

And ever since I saw Courvere I've wanted a Pastillage episode like that! I really hope 6 is just that!
