Well it was nice to see the cast for a couple minutes.

Though if nothing else it made me very glad there will be a real season 2. 3 minutes just isn't enough time for this group

Before I noticed the announcement for season two I watched this and just felt like I was being teased with the content.

Nice as far as it goes, and I will follow it since I enjoy the franchise, but ...

Well, it's good to see the girls again, at least. Retoree and her crush on Cyan is still my favorite thing in the show.

So is season 2 actually confirmed?

Shingan Crimsonz... All right, I'll admit that was funny. I still prefer to have the girls onscreen, but I'll let you get away with grabbing this 2.5 minutes to yourselves. This time.

This highlights one biggest issues that's been nagging me about the Show by Rock anime in general. Of course Shingan Crimsonz are funny as heck and in turn steals screen time; they're the ones with the well-crafted visual jokes!

What the hell does the girls get in the 1st episode short? A freakin' ass inspection on a talk show with no repercussions! Is that really all they could think of for them? Bring back the snark that was on those Flash web video on Youtube that defined the Plasmagica girls. Or at least give them the same comedic love and care as the guys.

I admit - I giggled quite a bit ... especially the winning shot.

Really ... I enjoy this series a bit too much sometimes. XD

Darudayu shows up! And in terms of music from s1 I liked their featured song the most, so it is nice to see how A, Un and Darudayu first met (at least according to the program they were filming

).

These EPs are certainly doing their job of making me hungry for s2 ... week in and week out I feel like I am being teased.

It's working. XD

I really liked what that background shamisen music transformed into once Darudayu made her magnificent appearance. That was quite something.

Episode 7 was Shingan Crimsonz again. Oi, I told you guys I'd let you get away with hogging the spotlight once. What do you think you're doing showing up a second time?

As (almost) always, the best part of the episode is seeing the four girls be utterly adorable in the ED.

Okay ... I admit, I giggled at this one. Then again, Darudayu and co. are still my favorite of the bands, so. XD

I wonder if the series will dovetail into s2 content wise towards the end, or if it will continue in this avenue?

This was definitely worthy of a laugh or two. And I have to say those girls are really impressive. That's a band that has a very strong "character" to it.

I still really really like that music that plays during Darudayu's transformation. I haven't heard it anywhere else... I hope it gets a full song release at some point.

Hmm... I'd like to see more about the Yokai band that Cyan & Co. encountered in that one episode.
