I'm a little bit surprised that many people gave the lowest score to this episode.

In my case, I was absolutely fearful that Issei would make Rias snapped out of her trance in the most anti-climatic fashion, but, fortunately, both duked it out in Welsh Dragon Balance Breaker mode and was good to see dragging their fight to the utmost conclusion in the next episode.

Picturing Rias in Welsh Dragon form could be the most apocalyptic scenario to date. I mean add Rias's full extent of her power completely released with her unlocking Juggernaut Drive in a perfectly transformed Welsh Dragon form, and we'll have a power rivaling or even destroying the Big Bang itself.
