Anime like Bokura ga Ita is asking something. I don't think that something like it even exists. But since you liked it:

Karekano : many say it's the closer anime to BgI as for characters' relationship and overall style.

Honey & Clover and Honey & Clover 2: A masterpiece about love and friendship. If you liked BgI this should be a safe bet. 2 seasons, the second is a following of the events of the first.

Aishiteruze Baby: Sweet feelings for one of the best drama/comedies out there.

Fruits Basket: not focused on a love story, but it has deep feelings, it shows various tastes of life. One of the best anime I've seen. Oh, and the director is the same of Bokura ga Ita.

Nana: if you're not already watching it, that's given. Most likely the closer to BgI as far as currently ongoing anime are concerned.
