It would be funny if Accelerator's and Misaka's positions where switched.

It makes sense that Itsuwa is high up, her type is pretty popular in Japan, plus she has had quite a lot of screentime in the novels.

I'm a bit surprised that Index is so high, didn't realize she was popular.

While I'm not exactly happy that Touma's not in the top 5, at least he's in the top 10. I'm glad that Kanzaki and Index made it though.

At first I thought this vote was only among people who only watch the anime, so I'm not surprised with Touma's place, I love this bastard, but only in the book and manga, the anime he is probably one of the most hateful beings that 've seen, but then I saw the Mugino and Kakine, and I can only think of how ridiculous it all is. (for me)

hi im new. but Acer got a quick question do you mean in general that the anime version of touma is one of the most hated anime character in your eyes? or you mean that allot of people seems to hate touma but i do agree with one thing though he should have atleast been in the top 3. kinda embarresing for our main character to not be in the top 3 or atleast the top 5 even though its a cellphone popularity poll.

Basically, what I mean is that at first glance I thought it was a ranking done by people who only saw the anime, well, I explained that part. But since it is Mugino, we know not, and see Touma in a position so low is annoying, even in a survey unimportant. Already causes a bad feeling knowing that Hamazura is quite hated here. (So sad)

Looking at that list again, I notice a few things. Izayoi got 11th place, and considering Mondaiji only has 6 volumes out so far, that's really amazing. Kinji is more popular than I thought, and I wish Godou and Issei were higher. Plus Erica needs to be on that list too.

true true this poll in my opinion is quite shit. hell just seeing a character or two that barly had any screen time is enough evidence that probably not much people seem to know about this popularity poll. i do feel a little better now heck even accelerator and mikoto wasn't in the newtype poll ranking list. once will maybe mikoto think she was in 6th place once but yeah i do feel better but anyways its great to see more TAMNI fans.

The reason female and male characters get different polls is because in a combined poll, the females would dominate.
