Some highlights:
Arios uses it's claw against a GN-XIII Soma watches in awe and sorrow as Lockon goes western with his GN Pistols against those Killer droids Ali gets a new suit and uses ALL of Azadistan to test it out. Saji gets a lot of people killed by being a snitch. And that's it for me...and did I mention that Ali is back!!!

Kataron can't survive on their own without either long-term CB help or A-Laws being severed from the Federation as a rogue organisation. Hell, the losses that occurred this episode could be catastrophic and irreversible.

P.S. Does anyone have a clue where Ptolemaios 2 stores that shuttle? Edit: Spoiler for What is that?:
Is Ptolemaios 2 partially cloaked?

And yes, that seems to be an intriguing feature of the Ptolemy 2, adapting the GN Cloaking tech the Gundams have...

Thanks a lot for the long summary !! It really helps watching/enjoying the raw version
Saji really f***ed up this time ! Even after all this time on board the CB-ship since Setsuna saved him in ep1 he just escaped (..) on the first occasion. I had high hopes for Saji&louise reunion later on, even if it does look like a deathflag is waving clearly over her since ep1 s2. But now.... I Wonder how he will redeem himself to get out of this current mess... |

That's cool. Flying around cloaked is pretty good way to get around. Although we never saw the Gundams flying while cloaked. I always thought the cloak only worked when the Gundams are stationary.

Ah, that would explain how Ptolemaios could move around on Earth without being spied-on 24/7. Pretty clever too; there is no point being fully cloaked, as most of the cloaking is for defeating spy satellites. And since satellites can only look downwards, that's where the cloaking needs to be.

The world is under one rule so people would be mixed together now. A lot of the factions are pretty mixed up and part of the series is about sorting them out for the characters to deal with.
As for Saji. Will the recent events be the first of many crises he will be responsible for or not? Just hope he's on the road to realizing how messed up the world he lives in really is. P.S. Gundam series is despite the fact its sci-fi needs to be more or less more grounded realistically than super robot animes. I still think Graham's new identity to be kinda pushing it. But what the heck. I'll just enjoy the show.

While in some ways this ep is the weakest of the season so far, in other ways it is the best - in terms of character development / analysis / background, it has way more than the first 4.
We have Tieria cracking a weak joke. We have Soma's hopes for an happy ordinary human life brought crashing down. We get to see why there's a strained relationship between Andrei and Sergei. We have Lyle getting furious. We have "one man army" (= Gundam?) Graham not interested in a fight. We have Katie getting a true taste of A-LAWS's methods. We have Louise itching for battle. And we have Saji being put through the wringer. We also have Marina clearly showing her mothering side, then losing her whole country... and Setsuna reflecting on his own mother and just why he hates war, then seeing a Gundam (his ideal) destroying a country. Basically, there is a fair bit hidden in the dialogue this week.
