Extraction? How is that going to work for non-wii consoles/non-motion controlled controllers?

Wait.. Is this the Dead Space Extraction you all are talking about?

It is said to be getting a PS3 version that is going to run on a much higher resolution then the Wii Version. Or did I misread your post -Sho-?

This is included in Dead Space 2 game ^^ so we'll get an option to play Extraction with Move. Of course , we'll have to buy the Move . 29,99$ something like that .
It seems to be only on Limited Edition .

That is quite some awesome news there, with the purchase of Dead Space 2, we get a chance to play Extraction and with a new added feature if we actually tend to pay 29.99 for it

Looks good so far. Though I do wonder if there's an option for a setup similar to BC2's Onslaught mode: human players only (up to 4) striving to complete the objectives in the face of opposition from larger numbers of AI-controlled necromorphs. This said, some 'Onslaught'-specific maps could even include mini-boss encounters...

They could add a few more options if they havnt already

Parasite: Where there is 1 infected with the objective of killing other humans and making them necromorphs. With the way the movie for Dead Space went out. This seems appliable

Swarm: Uneven odds against necromorphs and humans. The Humans have to survive for a set amount of time against the odds.

Assault: The Humans have to take out the necromorph's mini-boss to achieve victory.

Just some random ideas

I think they removed the stasis in multiplayer. If they added stasis, then Humans would be a little OP.

did they? the video at 11:36 shows ammo for Stasis, unless they remove it after the date that video was introduced.

From what I seen, Stasis would be better in dealing with those little necromorphs kids, running up to you and slashing around.

Either they just removed Stasis, but theres just ammo appearing as bug. Or that they are planning to add Stasis after finding some sort of balance for its use in Multiplayer. But I kinda agree with those running pact kids jumping all over the place

News : if you pre-order Dead space 2 you'll get a bonus !!

Quote:
If you're dying to get started in Dead Space 2, you might be interested in the prologue known as Dead Space Ignition -- it unlocks content for Isaac's next adventure. If you've been eyeing that download already, it turns out you can get the game pretty cheap. In fact, you can get Dead Space Ignition for free.

EA announced this morning that folks who preorder Dead Space 2 will get Dead Space Ignition gratis. Participating retailers will hand over a download code and then you can run home and snag the Dead Space 2 prologue, which is an animated comic packing three different mini-games and detailing how the Sprawl space station fell into chaos. If you've already preordered, your store of choice should have a code waiting for you if it's a participating retailer.

If you don't preorder Dead Space 2, Dead Space Ignition will set you back $5 on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace. If you complete the prologue, you'll unlock an exclusive "Hacker suit," which Isaac can use in the sequel.
Or if you don't , pay 5$ .

Well i know that i'll pre-order it in any case
Hope Hacker suit looks great ^^
