So, the author isn't going to continue the story. That's good =03. It's at an appropriate ending point, and there's no real need to continue with further drama after the most important part, which was with Nakamura, was cleared up. Not if you can't really read japanese (like me) then you can only come it at around 90% positive.

The lost 10% would be those last scenes with Nakamura. Are those part of the dream sequence?

Her working in the restaurant with her mom, and her going to visit her dad. What if those scenes are true? Like, a small prologue to before she showed up in Tokyo?
I mean, it does end with her showing up in Tokyo before he wakes up, so is that a dream sequence of her haunting him? Or is she really going to be in the picture again? Since It's the finale I'd like to assume she shows up, but really we who knows at this point.

This is something I'm unsure about.

Next issue will be the last for this manga series?

Halfway through the chapter I was thinking it'll be a happy ending, maybe with a time skip when they are all grown up. Then Nakamura shows up in Tokyo, with the same hair cut as in middle school.

Can't wait until the next (and last) chapter.

It was most likely a dream. We don't see him in the last chapter though. It's one big flashback.
