Extella is the continuation of Extra and CCC as far as I know.
It continues the story after CCC.

Reposting a few details from Type-Moon ACE I wrote a couple months ago:

no it doesn't retcon it, CCC happens during the events of extra between week 5 and 6 i believe, which makes it more of a side story than true sequal, and chronologically finishes before the next weak, then goes back to the extra event, so it actually happens after both

yeah lubu was a given, so who do you guys think or want as the last 5, mine are scathach( i debated on this one, it was cu for for a while but she just fits more), mordred(i just want her in here), Iskander(they need a rider, and he is a fan favorite if not him medusa), beserker lancelot or bedivere(i just want to see how they interact with nero and gawain), jeanne alter( not only does her skill set fit it would be a great for her to interact with these characters)

pretty obvious that they going to prioritized those who actually appear in fate extra. So Expect Vlad, Li shuwen and Andersen will be included

I'm looking forward to when this finishes and when we get our hands on it in the west. Got through a second run through Fate/Extra and while the game had issues....still a good ride

At least there is plenty of time to consider what faction to start off with.

Edit: So, some interesting info. At least we know the next servant will be someone from Fate/Zero. With a poll out listing some options including: Iskandar, Gilles de Rais, Diarmuid Ua Duibhne, Hassan-i-Sabbah and Lancelot. Considering that servant will be joining Atilla's team the ironic choices are numerous. Would be hilarious and fun to have Iskandar or Lancelot join up with Gilgamesh

. I'm not sure. I think Lancelot would create some entertaining results considering you have Arturia and Gawain in the game as well. But, I'd love to get Iskandar in there. That guy has so much personality it'd be a shame to not include him.

Not surprised it ended up being Iskandar. Seems very fitting for the game and is a fun character to add.

Also....heck of an outfit for Attila

. I'm pretty sure people would pick her side just based on having that outfit.

so i've been meaning to ask what is the US release date for this game, i mean i know the japanese is November 10th, so when i've looked on amazon and gamestop it gives a US release of November 15 2016

yet that seems really close to japanese release to be real yet it is a Tuesday when new games come out and it doesn't look like a placeholder date, which usually are december 30 or 31 then year, but i've yet to see another source confirming this besides these most sites say Q4 2016(which would still coincide with that date) or they are saying its 2017, can someone please tell me if this is the actual U.S. release date because if it is that is awesome because we won't have to wait long to play it

on for a response to flare that is amazon of japan's pre order bonus to the game, so yeah if those people want her to wear that outfit they have to pre order the game
