I think the biggest change about Tomoko is she somewhat became incapable to lie to her friends now.

No matter how embarrassed her past and misunderstanding about her, she is now actually willing to tell people if they asked her about it.

Comiket sounds like a likely destination at first, but given Nemo's low powerlevel its probably something more local and normal. Maybe something VA related for both the obvious reason and to reference that one time Tomoko went to a live meeting.
