Hairstyle like that is the norm in YGO verse.

Introduce new summoning system only will make worse for YGO, the previous dead meta will deader more than ever they kill the fun.
I barely recognized YGO TCG/OCG now thanks for the spam of 4 summoning type.

The new summoning method is called Link Summon. Two obvious points.
1. Link Monsters doesn't have any DEF. Instead has LINK written on that spot.
2. It doesn't have any stars/levels.

Judging from the name i suppose this works by linking monsters together.

Well, I have mixed feels about this. I like where the Pendulum Zones are now. I don't know how to feel about only being able to have 1 Extra Deck monster on field unless you either have Link monsters or you revived it from the graveyard.

I'm interested if the protagonist will use a pure Link deck or will he also try to use other summons as the series progress like Yuya.

I doubt it but it will also be interesting if there was a Link Dragon or a Pendulum Link monster to follow as well.
