Ah, chapter 3 beautifully illustrates how the main job of a maid is to get your master into compromising situations with ther fated one

Skywood annonuced that he isn't going to translate right away volume 2 after volume 1; which is a major drag since I remember that volume 1 ends in a cliffhanger and loses meaning unless it's "bundled" with volume 2.

I don't know, imho I wouldn't have thought about it. Regis can think about it because when he reads a book he ends up as if living the book, it's as if he already has the same experience.

Maybe for you it seems awefully common knowledge, but it's actually because you may have read books like those or played games with such a scenario ... In middle age, the strategist are all about military, they couldn't think outside the box or even if they could it was when hell of tiny box.

Altina volume 2 is done...... To sum things up :

- The Barabarian King burns a hole through Regis with his passionate love gaze.
- Regis blushes profusely akin to an heroine and faints

- Altina celebrates by waving a flag for everyone to see due to the events.
- The whole town starts celebrating on Regis possible marriage

Spoiler for barbarian king: So far there has been no elements to make us think he is a girl. But what he says is so gayyyyyyyyyyy towards Regis.
