I would expect Bakugou to rationalize it with something along the lines of "had I been strong enough to fight them off, I wouldn't have matter that you told them."

Only a partial summary is out so far, but here goes: Aoyama's been arrested and restrained, with Tsukauchi explaining that despite the circumstances, the boy and his parents still acted as spies for AFO.... a crime that's not so easily erased. Plus, even if he's unlikely to explode like Nagant, the police want to have him examined at the hospital, just to be safe. Tsukauchi then asks the parents why they didn't warn AFO about the Kamino raid, to which they answer that the villain's orders came via one-way communication.... so they wouldn't have been able to warn him even if they wanted to. Deku interjects, saying that the police wouldn't be able to find AFO on their own. Some of his classmates already figure out what he has in mind: Aoyama may be the key to locating AFO.

Present Mic feels the class is being naive and is still distrustful of Aoyama, but Iida tries to explain that they're partly to blame themselves for not trying to reach out to their classmate, traitor or not. Bakugou threatens to blast Aoyama as payback for the kidnapping plot, but nobody can tell if he's joking or not, heh. Kirishima also believes that Aoyama's conversation with his parents is proof enough that he's not loyal to AFO, so he's willing to forgive him, similar to how he forgives Deku for hiding the truth behind his quirk from everyone. Aizawa, who joined the conversation remotely (through Mic's phone), asks Deku if he has any plan at the moment, but the young hero answers no. The teacher then says that he, too, shares part of the blame for not discovering Aoyama's secret earlier, but he ultimately agrees with the students' decision to forgive him. He also has no intention of expelling Aoyama. However, he asks Tsukauchi's squad to cover the Aoyama family's ears, as he discusses an idea with the class. It seems Aizawa's plan is hidden from us readers as well, but apparently the class, while shocked, all agree to it.

Now, the available summary ends at this point, but from the available pics, it seems the rest of the chapter involves Deku and Iida visiting the support department to get a costume upgrade. Iida gets an impending sense of deja vu, and lo and behold: the development studio's doors blast open, resulting in Deku getting himself a face full of Hatsume!

We learn that the development studio is bigger now, as it helps the support team to better oversee UA's barrier. Deku asks Hatsume if she can fix his gauntlets, since there are no backup pairs available of this overseas item. Unfortunately, she's unable to repair them quickly in the state they're in.... she'd need to essentially rebuild them from scratch, but she lacks the materials needed to replicate its features. She also tells Iida that she's similarly unable to fix his armor without the original design documents, then runs off to work on something else.... which turn out to be further enhancements to UA's barrier. The teacher Power Loader explains that Hatsume was a major contributing factor in the barrier's creation, and is constantly coming up with new ways to improve it.

Hatsume then gives her own little speech about how inventions are the support department's hero activities, and hands Deku a new pair of gauntlets.... which punch him in the face on their own, heh. She explains that these aren't the same as Deku's original gauntlets, but rather have her own added spin to them. She hands a similar pair of gloves to Iida (which punch him too), and tells the both of them that she's confident they'll win this war.

Later, class 1A leaves the school, escorted by Mount Lady. They say their priority hasn't changed: they must locate the League and Liberation Front. Of course, they're still worried about Aoyama, but Shouto believes he'll rejoin them soon enough. Meanwhile, at the Kansai region, we see Fatgun teamed up with Amajiki (aka Suneater,) and Nejire as they save some civilians from a villain attack. Fatgum says the upcoming battle will become an unprecedented war, and we see the region also has barriers installed. Finally, we cut to All Might, who's accompanied by Hawks. As they enter a building together, AM says he's gathered everything necessary to proceed with the next stage of their plan....

That made me laugh way too hard. Iida is right, breasts can do no harm, they are filled with hopes and dreams.

Hatsume sure works quickly, she made an entire new costume for Iida and new gauntlets and gloves for Deku in like 10 minutes. This is probably the last time she'll be relevant in the series.

Nejire has short hair now, but it's small panel so couldn't see well.

By the way, Horikoshi estimates the series will end in a year if everything goes according to plan.

As the heroes enter their meeting, All Might tells Hawks that, due to Aoyama's betrayal, it's been decided that even fewer people will be kept in the loop from now on, as far as their plans are concerned. Part of this meeting are the pilots who partnered with Star and Stripe, the leader of whom wonders why OG AFO didn't team up with ShigAFO against her. All Might theorizes that it's because it would have made it easier for Star to take him down with New Order, since there'd be less confusion with her opponents' names. All Might then goes over the strategy: In order to draw Shigaraki away from (OG) AFO, they first need to lure away all of the stronger villains from his inner circle, first. So, they'll bait them and pick them off, one by one, in isolation. And the key to the success of this plan is none other than.... AOYAMA. However, Tsukauchi is a bit skeptical about this plan....

Speaking of Aoyama, Aizawa meets with him at the hospital. If I'm not mistaken, he's trying to convince him to go along with this new plan (currently available summary didn't specify if this was the case). Aoyama is scared, and says that what he fears most, aside from AFO.... is that he wouldn't be able to shine as brightly as his friends. What's more, he's also afraid that, should he join hands with them, he may betray them again. Aizawa wants to alleviate Aoyama of his fears, and says he will protect him. However, that doesn't change the fact that, once this battle ends, Aoyama's crimes will not be erased. What's more, there's a very real possibility that he may never return to UA, once all is said and done......

At the end of the chapter, we see another familiar face getting prepared for the final battle: SHINSOU!!!!

Also, if he hadn't given information to AFO, the heroes would actually be screwed because All Might would've taken longer before facing him, thus being weaker/having less fumes to go on, and likely dying without beating AFO.

Also, the heroes wouldn't have had a chance to get stronger/more confidence from fighting villains.

In fact, other than that one Pussycat losing her Search Quirk, I don't think there's been any actual long term negative consequences of his betrayal.

There was a flashback to a previous class of his where he expelled everyone. It's just him letting them experience "death", and then he reinstates them.

This chapter focuses on the villain side! It starts off with Toga visiting her childhood home, where she has brief flashbacks of her life before going full-blown villain. Soon, Dabi arrives, and torches the house down! However, Toga is not mad about this, and even considers Dabi to be a kind person. It's soon revealed that they have something interesting in their possession: Twice's blood! Apparently, Dabi managed to collect some from the fallen villain's body before Gigantomachia was summoned during the hero raid.

Back at the villain HQ, Spinner is disturbed by Shigaraki, who's still recovering after the battle with Star. AFO assures him there's nothing to worry about, and that he's healing nicely, and overcoming the "quirk eschatology" (apparently, this may be a reference to the "quirk singularity" theory that was brought up a few times in past arcs). Skeptic then tells Spinner that people with mutation quirks were persecuted by the heroes long before society's collapse began, but the liberation front sees them as martyrs.... and Spinner as their leader who will lead them in Re-Destro's place. That being said, Skeptic hands him some sort of remote, telling him that he must be the one to "pull the trigger". Spinner isn't entirely on board with their plan, but reluctantly decides to go along with it for Shigaraki's sake. AFO says that, depending on people's beliefs, ANYONE can seem like a hero to others....

Been meaning to ask, but did they ever say how long it's been in-story since the fight in Kyoto/Deku went off on his own and now?

It feels like they want it to be weeks, if not over a month, but the way it was shown made it seem like just a few days.

The chapter starts with a conversation between two of the civilian refugees taking shelter at UA. As it turns out, they're also AFO's spies! He also passed a message to one of them: To spread word of an uprising by those who still doubt the heroes! Shigaraki will be fully recovered in less than a week, so it's necessary to lure Midoriya outside of the UA grounds when that time arrives....

Meanwhile, an exhausted class 1A returns from a long day of patrol. Iida tells them of the importance of assisting the pros, so there's no room for complaints. Deku, on the other hand, has something different in mind: Ochako. As he stares at her, he thinks of how he didn't get the chance to properly thank her for defending him earlier. However, at that moment, All Might arrives, accompanied by Tsukauchi and the principal! They came with news about Aoyama, as well as their "plan B" for the final battle. Us readers don't learn the details yet, as we instead see a montage of various characters making their own preparations for what's to come....

The next day, the refugees are discussing an announcement the principal made, about Shigaraki being active again in four days. Since that's the case, the class A students are going to relocate. Kouta is worried about Deku, but he assures him that he's well rested and doing much better now. One of the civilians, the mole from earlier in the chapter, thinks it's foolish to let the heroes leave UA, but is nonetheless glad that Deku is leaving, as AFO desired. After saying their goodbyes to friends and loved ones, the students move to a new facility called Troy, located 30km from UA. It was built by Cementoss, Power Loader, and Ectoplasm, and is pretty similar to UA's dorms. After unpacking, Deku meets up with Ochako, who's surveying the ruined city. He finally thanks her for her earlier speech, but the two then share some awkward words with each other. Ochako then says she considers herself strange, as she thought of her encounter with Toga during Machia's rampage while making that speech. She finds herself wishing that she could understand the villain's POV....

Elsewhere in the dorms, Shouto once again swears that he will stop his brother, Touya. The chapter ends with a final shot of AFO, who tells his forces, "Let's get started". The day the plan goes into action: Today....!!!!
