I just finished reading half of the arc 4 of the WN, and I have to admit that there are many published false spoilers on wikia, are many changes that I am not prepared to talk about XD.

I have to admit the adaptation of the chapter 18 it was completely good, since it began the adaptation of the arc 3 many changes emerged in the anime, changes that were made for the reason of not to waste time, and so far there was no chapter with perfect adaptation of the arc 3, but the chapter 18 met the expectations of the fans (and mine also) , certainly any it scene of rem and subaru in the anime was more emotional that the LN (my opinion), the adaptation of the v7 will be adapted in 3 chapters (another time) so maybe not appears the flashback of Wilhelm and his wife in the past.

Well, given that one of the next episodes is titled "Wilhelm van Astrea", I'd like to believe such flashback may still be adapted.

Considering that he's literally saying this to the other person he loves I find it weird and that he wants to make Emilia jealous Its probably fake tho since there should have been tons of people releasing this info like on Subaru's and Emilia's kiss, tons of people were spreading that shit out more so on Rem since Rem has a lot more fans than Emilia. At least thats what I got from what the poster said, he kinda said he only translated that part to bait Emiliafags.
