Medium Boobs is pretty much non problematic (if you assume Charlotte being medium sized anyway). Cecilia is virtually impossible, Tatenashi and Houki too. So I'd leave it to Takatsuki, Rin would make a shota, maybe Kanzashi too.

Again, everyone still say about huge jugs when it comes to Chifuyu. She should be a modest C cup, with 88cm canon bust size. So i prefer to see the character design as fanservice representation. In this case, busty Charlotte is actually modest-sized, which means it's possible to hid her breast, anything larger is too hard.

Okay, not stated, but she's really has 88cm boobs.

I my school, to calculate standard bust size is 1/2Height+2. So if you're 160 cm tall, 82 cm bust is the most normal measure.

Let's assume Chifuyu is 170 cm, which means her standardl size is 87 cm. 88 cm is hardly large.

I already said that unless Chifuyu is not really tall, it was really not possible for her to have those massive jug.

If the PIC system disabled, the I.S. might as well a target practice. PIC reduces the overall mass of the I.S. by a great deal, allowing suspension field and (augmented) human limbs to move them.

PIC is different from anti-gravity (the one allows I.S. to float)

Depending on which version you're talking about, the novel version is impractical for walking, the manga is worse (MUTHAFUKING POINTI LEGS!), but the anime version is logically good for walking and jumping, though running would be very awkward.

Propulsion: just break it

PIC: you need to attack the core, nothing else will do.

For the PIC, it's only there to reduce the IS's weight on the pilot, right? Unless if I missed something...

I'm not sure about that either, PIC seems to work in a lot of things and is essential to I.S. operation. You migth want to ask Box

Maya is definitely larger, everyone else is either shorter than image indicate or have smaller breast than the image indicate, your choice.

As far as I know the PIC has the following functions:
- anti-gravity flight system
- inertial cancellation so no G's on pilot and allows for sharp cornering without much effect of curbing
- anti-gravity weight reduction
- apparently, it also provides slight cushioning from external impact shocks, mostly colissions
