Hyuse was such a mad man, surviving a 7 vs 1 for so long. Toona with the almost MVP shot, if he had taken down both Chika and Kuga with one shot then Tamakoma 2 could have kissed their dreams good bye for this season.
Huyse goes down and takes Ikoma with him and Mizukami gets sandwiched and blasted to bits as well. All in all Ikoma squad didn't came good from this battle, 2 for 1 ain't a good deal. Things became real hectic the moment everyone went for the kill or tried to lure Ikoma squad to do said kill. Next episode will advance a lot of stuff as well now that everyone lost their uniting factor of Hyuse and will try to go for max points.

Hyuse's first plan to take everyone down with him failed, but he did manage to take out Ikoma. Ikoma is one of the more dangerous attackers and Hyuse can even consider this revenge for what happened during his sparring matches.

Hyuse made the best of the situation. He really had horrible luck. The pay off for hiding Viper wasn't as big as he had hoped, but removing a major player like Ikoma from the board is still great.
Chika nuking everyone and getting more points than any person in a single match would have been awesome, but can't have things end in such an anti-climactic way.

That's about as well as things could have gone. It was just an unbelievably bad spot to be dropped into. Getting even one point is about the limit that could be expected.
Leaves them with 3 more they have to get. And the chaos is steadily going to whittle away the possible chances to get those points. But they've still got their chances and at the very least aren't any weaker than they were when they started this journey. Chika will have to gather herself. Kuga is still awesome and can be counted on to get work done. But if they are going to punch their ticket then her contributions will be key.

WOW!
Toei went all out for their last two final episodes! Real smooth animations, lots of fluid movement, interesting camera angles, etc and etc. Was great to watch. Yuba was a true badass, him running through that bulletstorm with his shields up looked awesome and him then getting done in by Ninomiya was amazing as well. Seems lots of viewers enjoyed those moments as well. Obishima was also really good with her decision to take down Minamisawa without even looking his way, but Yuuma was just like two leagues above her - guiding her into Osamu's spider trap, using another version of his scorpion projectile and then a pin ball grasshopper version was too much for our adorable Tomboy. Toonoka also got done in good by Chika's baiting, lol how relieved she was when she knew she wasn't responsible for the kill, just to realize that this was the wrong reaction. She also looked really beautiful when jumping down with her wavy hair, dem thighs and the waving wormbag. Her thighs are pretty much the only fanservice you get outta this series. xD Oki sniping the lone wolf sniper was cool though against Ninomiya guiding him into Tsuji's hunting spot was nothing he had expected to happen. Both Yuba and Ikoma squad are out, Tamakoma 2 vs Ninomiya squad - the match of the matches, 3 vs 3, and it doesn't felt forced at all!!! Oh, also loved Konami's reaction, just great, the teeth gnashing, the proud huumph, everything is perfect about her. <3 Edited Minamisaw's name because it is hella complicated to write down without mistakes lol.

I was also impressed by the animation for this episode. They really are giving these final two episodes their best.
Now it all comes down to the OG new Tamakoma trio vs Ninomiya squad. Time for them to settle the score.

That animation was seriously impressive. Not impressive for Toei, just plain impressive. There were so many awesome looking moment, but if I had to pick one, it'd be Yuba's final charge against Ninomiya. Like, wow.

Loving the animation here like everyone else. They are really bringing it for these final episodes which I'm happy to see
![]() And the match itself is playing out in a nicely tense way. The main characters keep just missing out on chances to score even while putting themselves in good positions. Which of course just works to stress out the main characters and also keep the viewers on their toes. The bit with Chika being relieved that she didn't score only to remind herself that wasn't right was pretty cute. She's doing her best and really trying out there. She's definitely going to score at least one point in this match. Just a matter of when. Now it's all down to this. A 3 on 3 fight to determine whether they can make it or not. It's going to be a challenge. Either need to just straight up win or at least score enough points while losing. We'll see how well the strategies hold up.

Yuba had other great moments besides his rush through bulletstorm hell though, like his terminator style chasing of Inukai or his cool round-house kick against Tsuji or his demonic expression that had even Inukai sweatdrop and be scared a little. xD
I also really like the details in this episode like you can see the rail in Yuuma's scorpion throw: Spoiler for See here:
Or his Grasshopper panels disappearing when hit by the scorpion which fit to the explanation of Prez (kumauchi or something, I know he is his school's student council president though). If they keep up this animation quality then last episode gonna be the bomb, this one already got a lot of hype on Japanese Twitter, good to see they love this series so much over there.^^ Spoiler for Just a fanart of our commentators <3:

Final episode got delayed due Tsunami warnings because of the underwater volcano eruption. Was to be expected. Doesn't say till when it is delayed so we might look at a couple days, weeks or even months here.

Didn't that already happen during the first half of the season? It's the only series I've watched those past couple years to be affected that way, and it happened not once but twice within a year.
