Well, in the beginning before the 3rd girl quest, kaoruko ask do you want the yandere ( i forgot the name but i remember she is the yandere) or hanachirusato ....

The Yandere type in the original Genji was Lady Rokujo. Doubt she will appear now, it would be more interesting if Terumi has at least 5 girls first.

Terumi with a yandere chick = trauma reawakened or fear of woman relived. That could get messy due to his apparent inexperienced with woman, but in aunt we trust, right?

I personally would to see Lady Murasaki or Lady Yuugao as one of the next targets. Plus, I read that they both played a tragic role in Rokujo alongside with Aoi.

Speaking of Lady Murasaki... I wonder how the author will go about that route. That will be funny to see especially if people know the "concepts" behind that character.

God, I love this manga. Prudish me didn't want to go for the ecchi genre, but now I absolutely love it. Even though there are very few good characters in MKM, I'm glad that the story is focusing on one of my favorites again - Kaoruko.

maybe, its quite hard to read kaoruko's personality and we only have little info about her ..

hmm its not a big deal but .. i wonder why he use this 実験 instead of this 研究 ... now I'm getting confuse ..

It's an experiment more than research, see, so no surprises there.

That said, it kind of feels like a reverse Hikaru Genji plan going on, with the way Kaoruko's making it progress.

It kinda is. While Genji did in fact did not have a 100 percent rate of catching women, he pretty much got all the women he wanted if he tried hard enough. All except for one, the "one" I think everyone is familiar with. Genji was a skilled player when he was a teenager. He sometimes has help of coarse, but usually he is cunning and manages to his target by himself.

Terumi is instead one that is very weak to women, he is not cunning nor has a high success rate of getting women. We can give him slack since he fears women though it appears it is all gone. Terumi needs a lot of assistance and isn't sure of what women he wants, all of which is done by Kaoruko Fujiwara. The only similarity that Terumi has with Genji is that they have a large lust for women.

Also, it seems weird that Kaoruko's last name Fujiwara is very similar to Fujitsubo. As Fujitsubo was Genji first's target and in this story it appears to be Kaoruko is the final target. Its a paradox and a good story comparison.
