I seriously doubt that a dedicated season of Railgun will cover the Sisters arc. It'd be AWESOME to see animated psycho(!) biribiri, but it isn't likely to happen. That'd probably be skipped in favor of stuff like Daihasei or the Liberal Arts adventure.
And this can still be awesome. |

I need to praise the Railgun manga for doing a superb job in providing insight on the characters (something that both the novel and the anime somewhat fail at accomplishing). In the last chapter we were shown how deep Mikoto's distress actually was and in this one Accelerator views on Touma's attitude and capacity to hurt him became crystal clear.
