Its a normal P2P service, the only difference is that its divided into Hubs.
Its like putting together a normal P2P, like winmx emule kazaa etc.. with IRC, where you can join themed channels. You should try it, be warned though that you need some "share" to join bigger channels. Try DC++ first, its a lot better than DC. Once you get the hang of you, you will bless its usefulness. |

While still in developement DC:Pro is the best client out by far. Not only does it support multible hubs, but also multible source downloading with chunks. The interface is good, just like DC++, but more customizeable like having wallpaper in the main chat and background. Get it or........DIE!

I myself use DC_qui_qt (*NIX client) and it's by far better then ANY windows client coz it can download same file from many ppl at the same time. I almost always get full speed when downloading file that is popular and many ppl have it.
I suggest joining Swedish hubs since they're REALLY fast and have up to 3000-4000 ppl PM me if u want hubs address |

Yes, our hubs rock, thatīs what you get when the goverment makes it a priority of giving its citizens broadband. But use DC++, most hubs seems to demand it, NMDC clients usually gets kicked. |

I hate how the Linux client (QT) gets kicked for being "fake". Once I even got banned from a Linux hub because I was a "DC++ hack"!

Forse, check the news at http://btpro.altervista.org/ their new site. Ive used Qt gui under windows and it was buggy, not their fault, but it looked good.
