I didn't really see the funny there and the characters were more like a caricature.
It was very cute and I'm happy they decided to give the fan an extra, but It could've been better.

Like other opiniona already stated, it was average. Enjoyable, but could be better.

However, I'm glad they're trying new stuff, instead of doing the usual (shana-tan/index-tan).

Since Toradora basically ended, I see no hope of these getting subbed.
It's the same concept with OVA's, except these aren't in as much demand at all...

It's weird though, groups even worked on the ones for Hatsukoi Unlimited and that was way less popular than this.
