Some people need to play Mass Effect.

Sane opinion: So condemming certain viewers for gushing over Hastur while picking "female" character knowing that all of them are horror monsters is ok? If origin of their true nature is not a limitation for confessing your appreciation towards character than why should their gender be. I am not sexualty attracted to Yellow King but him being extremly adorable is undeniable. His approach definitely more effective than Nyaruko or Kuko being forceful.

Low Sanity opinion: WHo the hell cares!! It's dere Kugyuu!!

As another member of the forum has already stated, because there is where we draw the line, to be more precise, there is where our genes draw the line, it is as simple as that.

About the monster girls topic, I do think that MIIA from Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou is quite cute.

Just saying, but Hastur's Horror form is pretty humanoid compared to Kuuko and Nyarko. If it wasn't for the tentacles he'd look just like a robed man.

The "King In Yellow" is just one of Hastur's many forms. And one of Hastur's more .....attractive form, I might add. No one had yet seen and tell of his true form because it drives people insane just looking upon it.

And one more thing, that "yellow robe" is in fact tentacles in disguise.

I agree with you, I was planning to skip this anime until I watch some 15min version of just that part. now once in while when I am doing nothing I can hear it at the back of my head.

Mahiro's Sanity meter seems to have locked. When he saw Nyarue's true form in Lovecraft-sensei, he just asked if it would be considered burnable trash rather than freak out about it. Nyarko or Hastur could probably go native and he'd just snark it up.

most of those magical girlfriend can be cute even in their true form, but those cosmic horrors here are Eldritch Abomination that drive human to insanity by mere looking at them. and even in their cute form here, you still see many people had already lost their sanity

That is quite relative, I can make you roll for sanity but if you read the comments there all the people say she is ok. Bottom line, I think before TV and the intenet (when lovecraft was alive) it was quite easy to "drive insane" people; nowadays it is nigh imposible to show something and not receive the "Oh, I have already seen that, boring" answer.
