The only ones that I think could fit are Routh as Ukitake (though I don't like him as an actor), Wood for Hitsugaya, and Anderson for Urahara. As for Ichigo, just dye Jonny Yong Bosch's hair orange, or give him a wig.

yeah those three are my favorite in comparison... i thought anderson fit urahara really well because of the similar face composotion and Routh's eyes and facial profile fit ukitake really well too Elijah just has those big ol' blue eyes that would fit hitsugaya perfectly ..... i just cant picture anybody for ishida....
