Yeah, I also think it'd be weird to send in the same person again. There are 5 others, right (but it's not six, so they'll have to do repeats at some point anyway)? Mimasaka, Erina, Takumi, Megumi, Kuga. Kuga will lose against Tsukasa in the second bout, and as he did challenge him, it's going to happen. I'm not sure about the other two, but they might also lose. Mimasaka losing won't matter much I guess, but Erina losing this soon would be bad. Takumi and Megumi losing probably wouldn't matter much either, but they should at least win in their respective first match. I guess we'll see what happens, though.

I thought at least one of the new members would turn out to be a big deal (they were all ranked higher than Hayama, who is pretty strong), but the one I had the highest expectations for ended up losing off screen. We spent so much time on that Julio guy, but the new fifth seat only got one page. I guess this shows how bad Central is.

Mimasaka is going in so maybe it will be him vs Eizan because he use to work for him and also the stuff which Mimasaka would be fun to see because his trace is very must like The Edge's Ideals.

Also what did The Edge mean when he said his team that was completely destory in the first round Lacked The Will To Win because they all seen to of wanted to win really bad in there fight beside Shouko who we didn't get to see , what is The Edge planning is it really as easy as just throwing his big gun in the next round or is it something he want his group know as cental to get from this fight.

I was hoping that The Edge would chew his finger and glove again like the last time his plan didn't go the way he wanted.

It just seen like Cental losing the first round was part of The Edge plan or something.

I was thinking that Eishi, Sword Guy and Eizan would be in the next round because the three of them seen to have the greatest desire to win well Rindou and Momo don't seen to care at all.

Edge is probably thinking Nene was so distracted by Isshiki that she couldn't focus on Souma. Julio pretty much idolized Isshiki so that wasn't really interesting. As for the final battle yea idc.

I truly believe it'll be Eizan vs Mimisaka and Kuga vs Tsukasa. The final battle to me should be Erina vs Rindo if for no other reason we really haven't seen them cook and just how good they are is a mystery

Speaking of Eizan, this guy is definitely gave out a lot of attention towards Isshiki. Maybe in the end, he is secretly want to be Isshiki BFF but got denied.

As for the former 3rd, I am wondering what had Soma done to get former 3rd to help him. Maybe Soma made a promise that he will arrange a special shokugeki match for Megishima to have 1 on 1 with Asura.

I guess it would be clean swept for Team Edge in 2nd round.

I also pity any guy who married Urara in the future. This girl is totally a nutty and a low-tier product.

I don't see how it can get to 3-3 from 8-5, though. There will be 3 matches per round and none of those can be a draw (in other words, it can only be 3-0 or 2-1 for the winning side). It probably will end up 2-2 (8-5 => 5-5 or 6-4 => 4-3 => 2-2), with Souma + Erina going against Rindou + Eishi.

You want Erina to go against Azami? That's crazy talk. As much as I hate to say it Azami is probably better than any of them. The only one I would like to see have a match with Azami is Saiba.

Same. I agree here and I hope you're right about he final battle, too.

But yeah, if Mimasaka and Eishi happens in this round, I want to see it. Though I really want Eizan to keep losing so that he remains a joke, meaning I want Mimasaka to beat him.

@NAJ: Yeah, I also think you're right about Azami vs. Erina would turn out. Only good thing there would be Erina showing that she can stand up to her dad without being scared now.

It doesn't necessarily 3 matches per round, the number of match was actually decided by Erina and Azami verbally, they agree to start 3 matches for the 1st round, no guarantee for the 2nd round to have the same number.

Eizan is pretty much fodder card at this time, most rebel, if not all probably capable of besting him at this point. Sad for Kuga though, Kuga vs Eishi is obviously not going to go well for Kuga. I'm more interested in who actually got a match against Rindou

Actually, now that you mention it, you're right about the next round probably not also having three matches. It could be one or even two for all we know. And yeah, if Eishi and Kuga fight, Kuga will lose. Most likely.

First, he vote against Azami before, so he was relieved from his seat by Azami.
And if Azami succeed, there is not a nice future. So I guess that he must not try hard to convince him.
I am not sure if I remember it well, but he gets some call to him with some sort of confirmation before promotion exams. (Sorry, my memory is not the best sometimes)

So both side will probably end up with the same number of people again after this upcoming round aye.
Only difference is Central side will still have their best people (plus Eizan lol) while Erina-side will lose few of their best man plus Subaru. Hope this is the case. The protagonist's side needs to be put in a desperate situation in order to make their victory at the very end more exciting.
