About Suzaku getting the geass power, I really doubt it.
Most probabbly C.C. will just stop him in order to let Lelouch escape, like when she impersonated Zero during Cornelia's pinch.
If she will give something to Suzaku, I'd bet on some kind of anti-geass power allowing him to set free the people controled by Lelouch, remember that girl that carves a cross on the school wall everyday.

so since now we "know" CC still has some geasslike powers maybe that ep 14 title is about CC vs Lulu ? since there's no need for new geasess to handed around for this to happen

If we go by this definition, then yes, as the last part implies, there can be an intimate relationship without the sex part, BUT it would require one other part in that case, right? I think we can agree that there is no passionate and romantic love and certainly no emotional attachment from Lulu's part.
Either great deal of physical intimacy(sex) or great deal of emotional intimacy(which obviosuly is not there)....so i gues that in this particular case it leaves us with the "intimate relationship = sex".

How can you say it' can't be emotioanl intimacy? You have no base for that other that there's no feeling/emotions involved now. And the "An incident will make him abruptly intimate with Shirley " is so ambiguous that saying that it can only mean sex is even worse than claiming Suzaku will get Geass going by ep 11 preview.

Besides why have you looked up "intimate relationship" instead of only "intimate" and on wiki of all places ?
