I'm not really good at remembering names and only vaguely remembering their role and traits.
Moreover their scene and role in the story wasn't elaborated by the author except for the first appearance, making (most) of the girls easily forgettable.

They did move to another mansion, but it's because Kento was entrusted to develop the southern region not because the mansion was small iirc. Also yes, not all of them are living together, only the "main" heroines and some servant who lives with him, about 20 girls i think...
