Subtitle and audio stream identification

I went on searching google fro a tool that could tell the info from a ogm file. But all I could find was ogminfo tool that was cmd based and need me to install a ***.dll file to open ogm. I really don't want to add more things into my system.

What's my problem? My problem is a ogm file that when I play it won't display the subtitle stream nor the correct audio stream. When I go right clik in haali splitter system tray icon the 2 audio streams are "undetermined" and the subtitle stream too but it chooses not the use it. I got set in haali splitter to language priority "jpn" for audio and "eng" for subtitle. I guess in this ogm file the streams doesn't have any identification.

Is the only option to demux the file, make corrections and mux back?

What if the file was a mkv ?
