If there was any lingering doubt over Nell's gender they have now been but to rest...our little Nell has blossomed into a woman!

There is no spoiler as of yet that doesn't explain what is already obvious by the pictures, Nell transforms into her true form. Presumably, she will help Ichigo against Noitora. There's no mention of Ishida, Renji or the others.

Of course, I'm sure the question everyone's will ask is what caused her to transform? If it was merely seeing Ichigo in danger how come she didn't transform against Ulq or Grimm? Maybe Noitora himself actually changed her back just to have more a challenge? Hopefully we'll find out when this chapter is fully summarized along with the rest of Nell's origin, like her rank in the Espada, why she was banished and of course, the cause of her scar.

Full summary has appeared. A little verbose, but should be accurate. Judging from it, Noi is the one who gave Nell her scar.

I think that Ichigo was about to be killed by Noitora when Nell changed, i doubt that Noitora changed her, if Noitora wanted a more interesting then he would just let Inoue heal Ichigo again.

Someone help Kubo and buy him shounen mangas ...
It would be better if the manga he is currently ripping off was not his

Interestingly enough, Nell's official spelling seems to be Nel. I dont think Nel changed form to help ichigo. If you look at her transformation pose, she seems to be just sitting there as dazed as always. Or is she? Cant see clearly. Whats the black stuff behind anyway.

LOL, funny but true. Well, at least people can't call him a copycat. And Nell doesn't seem to be as pretty as Yoruichi. I wonder if she'll be as popular?

I like how this arc is mirrored to the SS one, it's clever and kinda fun matching the similarities.
But what's disturbing is now people are going to think i'm some crazy pedo when I go around saying Nell is freaking hot.

I think you're right. Ichigo's laying on the ground beaten. That probably triggered the transformation. I was just wondering why she had never transformed before against Dol, Ulq or Grimm. But this is the first time she's seen Ichigo beaten to the brink of death (she was unconscious when Ulq impaled Ichigo).

It's because it's only a moment after she transformed, so she's still in the same crouching position.

No sense in calling you a pedophile when Kubo obviously drew her new form to be hot. Even so, I actually like her chibi form better, because it would make the things she said so funny: claiming to be a masochist, calling Ichigo a virgin, referring to the uvula as a "throat penis" and giving Ichigo advice about how to talk to women was some of the series' best comedy. Bleach is full of busty women, but a foul-mouth toddler is something special.

I don't find it surprising that Nell turned out to be the Hollow equivalent of Yurouichi. What I DO find surprising is that, she's got boobs! notice how kubo has been really making sure womens boobs stand out?

wow, i went out of town for three weeks and suddenly Nell is spelled Nel and Nel is an espada (ex) and Nel the ex-espada is a tall busty woman!

Kubo, you livened up the manga just when i was getting tired of it!

btw, since everyone is comparing to SS arc, i wonder...

if Grimm was Renji, NoiNoi is Kenpachi, and Nel is Yoruichi, then who will be Byakuya??

also, since Halibel is a chick and is watching, i wonder if she will side with Nel against the uber-pervert NoiNoi and his sickeningly long tongue...???

Seeing their shocked faces, Nnoitra smirked evilly and made sarcasm at them. “Such a fool. You’re tricked to carry such a dangerous one around” “n..no that’s not true.. ” is the answer from Nell “Nell’s not an Espada…” Her rejection upset Nnoitra that he glared at her face and asked what she’s joking for. But Nell’s reaction only made him suspect even more. “Did she lose her memory?” The 5th Espada muttered to himself. “I..I..I..didn’t forget…” Nell still insisted “Nell…wasn’t an Espada…” Nnoitra was very angry at her insisting remark. He walked toward her with evil intention and rose his foot over Nell’s head. “I didn’t see you only a while, but you already changed into another annoying bitch” After his word ended, He intend to trample her head. However, Ichigo charged in between them and used the back of his left hand to stop Nnoitra’s assault. “Ichigo…” creied Nell. “…Believe me…Nell wasn’t trick you anything…” “Of course!” Ichigo answered without any hesitations. “You never deceive us!” He turned his face to look at Nell with a smile. “Don’t worry Nell, we…” Before he’d end his sentence, Nnoitra kicked him in his cheek. The kick sent Ichigo flied back to the same spot. “Hnh!!” Nnoitra smiled again “It looks like you really lost your memory. But, never mind. As your head’s banged like that, it isn’t strange at all if you did lose it” The last part of his word triggered something inside Ichigo “Wait, you said...bang her head...? ” The Spoon Espada glared at Ichigo. His smile’s still on his face before he answered “Yes” His hand grasped Nell’s head and lifted her up over his own head. “I’m the one who bang this bitch’s head.” “Stop it!!!” Ichigo screamed and charged at Nnoitra immediately. The Espada saw his attack and used his weapon to halt it accurately. Before his body collapsed, Ichigo’d managed to attack Nnoitra’s left shoulder However, his sword can not do any damages to the 5th strongest Espada of Las Noches. Nnoitra kicked Ichigo to the place far away from his spot. Even though Ichigo was completely torn up, his eyes still stared at Nnoitra firmly. “….release her…” “I tell you I’ll bang your head later” The Spoon Espada answered as if it’s nothing “and then I’ll throw you out of Las Noches” “I told you to release her!!!” Ichigo insisted firmly “Shut the hell up!!!” Shouted Nnoitra angrily Ichigo started to attack him again, but the Espada lifted Nell’s body to shield himself as if to challenge Ichigo to cut her. As when Ichigo stopped short…Nnoitra use his weapon to hit Ichigo’s abdomen. His body collapsed on the ground. Nnoitra throw Nell’s body away like a trash before he walked toward Ichigo. He grasped Ichigo’s right arm and lifted him up. “I really hate those who can’t even beat me, but try to attack me like this…” Nnoitra muttered while he’s gripping Ichigo’s arm with his both hands “Lets make it end fast, Shinigami.” The Espada crushed his opponent’s arm strongly. Ichigo’s scream hurt Nell who’s thrown away from the fight. “Ichigo…Ichigo…Ichigo…Ichigo…!!!” Nell cried out loud, but The Spoon Espada didn’t even bother. Her heart was torn between the feeling that she want to help Ichigo who’s kind to her and the feeling of fear which her instinct stop her from doing anything. Her mind was oppressed with these feelings that she reached her limit “BANG!!!” The sound of explosion distracted Nnoitra from torturing Ichigo. He’s surprised with what he’d seen in front of him.
