I recently bought 00F book 1.
My japanese is not good so maybe theres a lot of errors.
And there are also my guesses.

A quick look at the five chapters:

Ch1 - Another Gundam Meister:
kind of an intro chapter, I think Zeonic Corps got it scanlated already.

Ch2 - Dynames vs Sadalsuud F:
Started with a debate/analysis between Eco and Fon on the Exia vs Graham Flag incident.
The main mission concerns Lockon in Dynames Torpedo sniping an HRL underwater MA "MAJ-03 Shuichai". Lockon misses the target and Fon with Sadalsuud F with its sensing capabilities provided the image of the lost target and secretly sent it via Hanayo to Haro.

Ch3 - Azadastan:
Starts with Fon in Astrea F raiding a HRL base than he receives a callback for a new mission.
At Fershete's underground base.
New mission is on the kidnap of the Azadistan religious leader case. As the Fershete crew talk about Azadistan's situation, in the background a machine arm takes the GN Drive of Astraea F and fits it to the Abulhool F. Seems like Fershete has 4 Gundams but only 1 GN Drive (second generation type). Wang Liu Mei came with Hong Long to provide support.
The mission seems to be to additional backup for CB in protecting the underconstruction Azadistan solar energy facility. Graham duels with Lockon in that ep. Fon chases Ali who fired the sudden wave of missles.

Fon remarks that he recognizes Ali's voice.
Then he says something like "I'll spare you....Sachez" .
(Chall did say this mission has clues on Fon's past.)

As Fon reports to Ms Wang.
Fon reveals that he know about Setsuna and Ali.
I think he spared Ali for Setsuna.

So far the 3 chapters ended with Fon having the last laugh.
Its like he knows everything or something.

Ch4 - Celestial Being vs Fershete:
Fon(in AEU pilot suit) in an Enact flies over the Takuramakan desert. He overlooks the ruins of the joint excercise Gundam capture. Then he catches sight of Agrissa vs Exia. Fon remarks that Sachez is a relict of the past Solar War.

Hanayo sounded, "Veda orders!! Fershete stand down!! Fershete stand down!!"

Flashback.
The Fershete crew are talking about the joint military excercise and how it is a trap.
Eco eagerly volunteer to protect Ptolemy's Gundams but Chall says that this time Veda's orders to Fershete is to stand down. Seems like Veda don't want Fershete's cover blown. Eco than eagerly declares that if the Ptolemy Gundams fall then Fershete will be the last hope.

Fon than called Eco stupid. If they capture 4 Gundams than what good can Fershete's one unit do? Eco hesitates, he thinks, than he said "than its your problem, Fon Spark" (something like that i think). Than somemore rumbling by Eco..(Like he said Veda punish Fon for his sins or something).

Chall says Veda's orders are absolute. Fon leaves.
He says he will find a way into the battle without a Gundam.
Outside he ran into Sherilyn who again reminds Fon of the stand down and Veda's absolute order. Fon says Veda cannot be abosolute as it can be victim to hacking. Fon declares that he rules himself. Hanayo caught up with that thinking and releases Fon's shackles by her own decision.

Flashback end.

Agrissa shot by Nina.
Exia "Gundaaam!!" scene.
Fon is surprised at the appearance of Throne Drei.

Back at Fershete asteriod base.
Chall remarks that is not strange that there is another team out there, anyway Fershete is unknown to Ptolemy also. But what is strange is that the new Gundams are not seen in development in Krung Thep before.

Fon is seen to be sitting at Plutone's open cockpit fiddling on a laptop. Sherilyn came and talked about having heard from her shifu Ian about the new Gundams using a different GN Drive and possibility of Veda being hacked. Fon doesn't care. Hanayo jumps out of Sherilyn's hands and out of it appears 874's image. She seems to be assuring that Veda is fine and Veda recognizes the new MS as Gundams. [Feeling a bit tired, accuracy down, detail down] Fon tells 874 to have her own thinking. Sherilyn asks 874 if she is her friend. Fon then leaves the words "I think therefore I am" and left.

Trinity team approaches Fershete asteriod. The Thrones sortie. Chall and Eco notice them. At that time Chall received comms from Veda on her communicator thingy. She mumbled "....O Gundam wo....?" then something struck her and she came down on her knees body bend hands on floor. Then Johan came on screen of the Fershete monitor. He says they are under orders of Veda to come and take back the GN-000 and the GN Drive. Eco says with no GN Drive they can't start their Gundams. Johan says don't worry Fershete will be disbanded. Chall is shocked that the Fershete that suceeded her conrades'(00P) thoughts being disbanded. Eco seems to blame Fon. But Fon is already out in Gundam Plutone.

Johan: Fon Spark
Micheal: So thats the criminal Gundam Meister?
Nina: Fuun the bad guy (?)

Hanayo unshackles Fon.
Plutone draws its beam saber.

Micheal says that coming out in Plutone means that they are disobeying.
Johan reminds Fon that if he disobey Veda the bomb in his collar will set off.
Fon doesn't listen, he laughs and charges to a clash with Zwei.
Johan instructs HARO to tell of Fon's misbehaviour to Veda.

The bomb in Fon's collar went off.
His helmet fills with blood.
The Fershete crew shocked.
Hanayo reports of critical blood loss.

Micheal kicks off Plutone and laughs saying something like you got what you wished for.
Johan tells Micheal not to ease off now.
Plutone come to life again, Fon Spark with one eye visible through the blood filled helmet charges.
Hanayo reports 10 minutes till Fon heart stop beating.

Ch5 -Memories... and Hope:
Fon charges towards the Thrones despite his critical state.
Hanayo sounded on the blood loss and heart failure in about 10 mins.

Micheal seems to say Fon wouldn't die if he just play dead, what Fon is doing is futile.
Micheal welcomes the fight and releases his Fangs.
Fon puts up a losing struggle with the Fangs.

In the Fershete asteriod base, Eco and Chall worry for Fon.
Chall says if only the Trial System can be used but the Plutone now does not possess it.
Sherilyn comes in and says that Fon is not alone, Hanayo is with him.
Chall says "Gundam Meister 874!"

Hanayo sounded "Blood pressure decreasing, blood pressure decreasing. Fon, stop it. Fon, stop it."
The Fangs continue hitting on Plutone.
Fon's word are incomprehensible through his blood filled helmet.

Hanayo/874(HAchi NAna YOn) thinks: "If this carry on Fon will die. Veda what should I do..."
She thinks about what Fon what saying before about having her own thoughts, "I think therefore I am".
874 thinks it through and finally act on her own to save Fon's life.

874 takes control of Plutone.
Outside Nina asks Johan is it going to end, Johan says it won't be long.

Nina then goes on to say, with somewhat a happy expression:
"nn...Fon Spark"
"True name Robark Stad Jr"
"Born to parents of the working class who are active in obtainig material satellite for colony construction." [rough]
[original:コロ二ー建設のための資材衛星を得るため活動していた労働階級の両親の間に生まれる]
"Afterwards he was forced by the severe working environment to become a terrorist against the Union."

Micheal gets impatient and decides to go in to slash Plutone and take its GN Drive.
On Zwei's approach, Plutone ejects its Core Fighter and self destructs the main body.
Zwei evades in time.
Eins and Drei docked and Johan tries to snipe the Core Fighter.
Johan say something like if they can obtain the GN Drive, destroying it is ok.
The Core Fighter dodged the shot.
Johan then thinks that Fon may be still alive as autopilot can't dodge his shot.

Micheal: What do we do now, Aniki?
Johan: We've got new orders.
Nina: What about 0 Gundam?
Johan: It no meaning to bring back the 0 Gundam without the GN Drive.
Nina: We have almost used up our particles so lets go back~!
HARO: Return. Return.

Back in the Fershete base.
The Trinity are on screen:
Johan: "We are retreating for the time being for another mission, regarding your issue we will wait for further orders."
Micheal: [he said about searching and GN Drive]
Johan: "Fon Spark doesn't seem to want to come return here. He seems to have the resolve to wander in space forever with the GN Drive...."
Chall: "No. I'm sure Fon would like to see us again."
Johan: "I hope so. If you see him be sure to report to Veda."
Trinity goes off the screen.

Anyway in chapter 6, Astraea with Tran-Am still appears to have no visual changes.
No extended yellow v-fin, no exia arms and skirt armor.
So the one in the color page has yet to appear.
Astraea has yet to get the upgrade?

I'm thinking that maybe Fon will fight with someone than damaging the Astraea badly.
Then Sherilyn fixes Astraea with Exia parts.

Ch5 -Memories... and Hope [continued]:
Sherilyn: "Chall..."
Chall: "They don't know that Gundam Meister 874 is in Plutone too"
Chall: "I'm sure 874 will help Fon, Sherilyn"
Chall: "We might be able to find them faster if we believe in her."
Sherilyn: "un!"

Chall in thought..
"The Plutone that has taken my comrades away..."
"Why is it that this time you helped my comrade..."

In the core fighter, 874 supports Fon's head with a sad look....
"Temperature rapidly decreasing.....entering hibernation state to stop bleeding"
"Nanomachines in the body continue to repair the blood vessels but after all that is just stalling for time"
"If proper treatment is not received somewhere, Fon will...."

Back at Fershete's, the crew is thinking about Team Trinity.
Chall finds it strange for them to know classified Meister information.
She remarks that Meister information is stored in the highest security level in Veda, level 7.
Sherilyn says "So they have access to it?"
Chall believes not.
She goes on to say the Observers have level 3 access and Sumeragi's group can't access past level 4[rough].
Eco: "Observers?"
Chall: "CB is a lot more complex an organization than you think."
Sherilyn: "I thought so."

Chall: "Anyway they know more then a Gundam Meister should."
Chall: "Veda couldn't have let that happen, whoever holds the high level access must have done so by underhand means."

Back at the core fighter 874 talks about her brothers and sisters.

874: "To help my siblings, they are released to the failing world, they probably don't know what they are."
[Can't recognize the first character in the next bubble]
Then 874 say something about Veda then her siblings can't meet each other.
She seem to want Veda's help.

874: "Veda has recognized Fon as necessary in the carry out of Aeolia's plans so I must help him."

"But... even so if that is not it"
"Veda does not have feelings of good or evil"
"Its just an assemblage of data"
"It make the choices to ensure the plan proceeds in the right driection"

874 wonders what should she do?
She asks herself what would Veda do?

Fon: "You are yourself! Decide youself!"
874 turns to look but Fon is still unconcious.
874 then straighten her thoughts and decide once and for all to save Fon.
The core fighteer flies off.

Chall: "Veda will not forsake the ones necessary for the plan, thats way it approved of me setting up Fershete"
Sherilyn: "What if that is the same for the new Gundams? That they were prepared for the plan and there fore being beneficial and approved by Veda?"
Chall: "If the existance of Ferhete is reconfirmed we will have a chance."
Chall: "For that we have to save Fon and secure the GN Drive"
Eco: "But how? Its impossible to find an escape unit floating in space"
Chall: "Theres a doctor I know - Joyce Moreno."
Sherilyn: "Moreno, as in Shifu's friend?"
Chall: "yes. He is a member of "The doctors with no country borders" "
Chall: "And Gundam Meister 874 knows this too."
Sherilyn: "!Thats it! If its Hanayo she will save Fon!!"

Chall: "But 874 may deliver Fon and the GN Drive elsewhere by instruction from Veda"
Sherilyn: "That won't happen! Hanayo is a member of Fershete! I'm sure she will save Fon."
Eco: "I see, so let us head there now. Where is Doctor Moreno now?"

Chall: "He is with the members of CB onboard the Ptolemeios-"

If anything, that is the GN-X Prototype. It doesn't have the refined look of the GN-X, and there's also the fact that its designation number is GNX-509T whereas the GN-X number is 603T.

The Kanji reads "Pseudo-GN Drive Prototype unit", and it looks nothing like a Gundam, maybe except for it's frame.

I guess this more or less confirms the fact that the GN-Xs are based off the Thrones.

I alway assumed that the "non-cone" was the Fereshte version, equipped with a swappable Gundam 0 GN drive.

Exactly why this thing is called the "cone type". Presumably this is the test-bed for the Conical GN Drive that the 3rd Gen uses, though we need someone to translate.
