You have to order it from Light's on line shop.
Naturally, Light does not ship overseas. You have to use a proxy if you want it.

btw, I've finally tried my hands on KKK akebono the other day, and I've reached the point after that first battle contest is over. Honestly though, I can't read over half of what's written and depends almost solely on context and nuance to understand the texts. This is unmistakably by far the hardest galge to read I've ever played. I tried ITH for a saving grace but I can't manage to hook it properly.
