Miia maybe different, she seems sweet enough even when she is jealous so I can't say for sure.

I can only go by what the author has said with his other monster profiles, and it is noted that some lamia are so jealous that they will kill a man who is married to one if he so much as leaves the house without his "wife" or children present.
