I liked it, actually. Even the fact that it was a serious take on why Kaguya-chan, Ice Kaguya and "Normal" Kaguya exists. It shows the twists the narrative takes to show the many problems Kaguya has as the daughter of the Shinomiya family. I do think that the narrative kinda regressed Shirogane, but Arsene Mode Shirogane wasn't meant to be anyway (it only lasts for 24 hours and has a massive backlash too).

The most intense part is probably a deeper look into Inner Shirogane, the perfectionist who is willing to run himself dry, through the room filled with self-made reminders to himself. If there is a Season 4 coming up, then it is time to look into Shirogane's problems before passing out from the thought of having to kiss Kaguya on the spot becomes the least of their worries.

Seeing Ice Kaguya banter with Shirogane is a good sign. It seems that even though her personas remain as distinct "entities", there's some melding going on. We're actually starting to see Kaguya as a whole and not just parts of her filtered through a mask. We just need a few positive developments before we could see a more complete Kaguya.
