I love this anime lately. The animation is good, the feel it gives me is similar to Kyoukai no Horizon, the characters are voiced by some of my favorite seiyuus.

Also Himiko is very cute XP

And Nobunaga is too epic

Love the OP/ED of this series a lot. Can't wait for full release.

Episode was just EPIC!!! I think i am Gar with Nobunaga he is so epic to me. Can't wait until the other characters get some screen time... hopefully anyways. why isn't there a episode poll up yet. Himiko trolled Nobunaga at the end lol. So if we follow the ancient customs of old japan Nobunaga will have neither have a harem or mistresses and a wife.

The news of this being 2-cour caught off-guard, not sure if it's better or not to have more episodes

i have to agree with some posters on Jeanne, it's still to early to call her useless because even if I don't have high hopes for her, she did more in this episode than Mikono in all EVOL. I wish she gains more backbone in future episodes, she's a bit bland right now

I think mecha-design wise, it's fine and fabulous enough(and fit the ancient-sci-fi mix setting more) currently. I mean, all those kabuki pose is just fabulous, don't you think? Animation wise, they have to step up the game though. Don't waste all that fabulousness!!!

Mamoru Miyano's most notable role for me would be Okabe and Light...Takahiro Sakurai...his voice is too familiar I can't remember how many roles he's played, but there is a lot, and as for Yuki Kaji and can't help but think of Issei whenever I hear his goofy voice.

Spoiler for Episode 4:

The show is now starting to become very entertaning for me. The previous episodes were kind of boring and this new episode is also like that, however I seem to enjoy it more. The characters haven't developed much and the cast was way too large, but there's some good moments that have the potential to make the show a little better, like Jeanne questioning her role as Ranmaru and why Himiko have the hots for Nobunaga. I also loved the way Ichihime sings (based Minori Chihara) and the ending part with everyone joining the festival was fun, but it was somewhat irrelevant. I really liked that the politics are slowly opening the doors even with the confusion going on, I'll probably look forward to see how it goes. I actually prefer Nobunagun because it's objectively better, but Nobunaga the Fool is my personal crazy escapade when I end my anime journey every Sundays as usual.

PS: I'm surprised that the show is 2-cour, so I bet it's gonna be even better than what we got right now!
