Non-Recommendations!

Provide your non-recommendations for anime, manga, light novels, web novels, visual novels, games, and other media!

These should be works that you've experienced personally and would like to not recommend to others, but your opinions must be stated constructively -- no flaming. For longer series, you don't necessarily need to wait until the whole work is finished before passing your judgement, but please at least wait until you've at least experienced enough of it to have a good sense.

Please don't just post a list! You don't need to do a full review, but for each title you suggest, please also consider providing:
  • The full title
  • The author, studio, or other information that will help identify the work
  • A brief explanation of the setting and premise (no spoilers!)
  • A brief summary of why you didn't like it and/or why you think others might feel the same way
  • How much of it you've experienced (particularly for longer series)
  • Other works that it reminds you of, if applicable
  • A link to a review you wrote on our site, if applicable
  • Any other information that might help someone know if they should avoid it or not
You may optionally post a few images if it helps, but please use thumbnails, and/or place it inside an [images] tag. Most third-party image hosting sites will provide a feature to copy/paste BBCode that uses thumbnails.

Please DO NOT post links on where to illegally download/stream/view the work(s) in question.

Again, for the purposes of this thread, please avoid all spoilers or hints that may ruin surprises in the plot, and absolutely no flaming another person's non-recommendations. If you see any problematic post, please report it so the moderators can review and take any needed action.

I would not recommend Servamp, it isn't one of the worst shows out there but it is just immensely bland and boring and makes the vampires look worse than in Twilight.

First of all, if you come here saying stuff about the manga and it explains everything and that I should read it before hand then no, just no. An anime is a piece of work, it should stand on its own and I'm judging it by what I saw, there shouldn't be a need to read additional information if you are not absolutely interested in it.

Anyways, So what is my beef with it? Guessing you have already seen it then it's the freaking vampires. Why are they called vampires? They don't need to suck blood, they are immortal and are created by a human. So considering that, why make them obey after you have given them a name, your blood and an item. If you make some awesome creatures, you wouldn't want them to obey someone else and go after you right? that's a pretty stupid mistake to make.

Also you can only kill them buy destroying the object, if you just attack them they turn back into their little "cute" state which in itself is kinda bullshit. But when they are in their "cuute" state, they don't even have objects on them so they are pretty much immortal by that time. AND objects are given by masters so if they don't have a master they can't die ever????

This is just a little part why I really disliked it other than missing main characters, boring plot developemend and other stuff that you can conveniently find on my channel on YouTube if you search for MudanTV. I even throw some funny sketches in there, freaking 10 hours of work on a video and only 20 people see it, such is life.

I would not recommend Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut, First of all I want to clarify that the reason I donīt recommend it isnīt that it is complete trash or one of the worst animes, but because of how standard, normal it is and that you could get bored if you have seen a lot of series of the style

The Anime was a work of Lerche which lately has been doing some interesting works like danganronpa but this anime doesnīt fit in that section but rather in the "Itīs just there" section.

As said before the anime is not bad, the animation is not bad and the ost isnīt bad either, but the anime is just the same old recipe without many changes, honestly it is not worth the time it takes to watch it unless you love the "copy paste" harem genre and if you are not a fan of the genre and have seen one before you arenīt losing a thing by avoiding it.

Specially for the people that are new on anime and have already seen some harem animes it is something that I would recommed to avoid, since there are many interesting, original and good animes out there that are compeltely worth seeing and watching this kind of series in general will not make a good introduction into anime and will not give you the "I want to finish it so bad" or "Itīs the best thing Iīve ever seen" feeling.

The anime is too generic and there are surely many other harems that are better than this one, the anime is not exciting in the very least and the characters are very generic and emotionless, itīs just another "gotta catch all deres" show and I sincerely donīt recommend it.
