I just read the first two chapters of the manga and loved it, although I think the story progressed rather quickly. It can be explained why in further detail later, although I have no way of knowing as of now.

However, since I'm a dedicated fan of Kitsunemimi, I'll be tagging along with the anime as well. HOWEVER, I'm not a big fan of the anime's artstyle as compared to the manga/novels. I know they are rarely equal from a mass-production standpoint, but still. I think Chizuru lost a bunch of the mysterious/sexy appearance she had in the Manga in the anime adapttion.

Country boy moves to city, meets a Fox Demon, for some reason she instantly falls in love with him. She has an adopted brother(also Fox demon) who has a sister complex. The faculty are demon hunters. And that is as far as Solaris has scanlated.

Shounen just means it's aimed at boys of a certain age group, I don't know the exact age grouping but Seinen for instance is the one above it. Anyway these two are the main characters of Kanokon.

This is an MF Bunko J light novel series, the label that brought us Zero no Tsukaima, Kamisama Kazoku and Kage Kara Mamoru.

MF Bunko J is a label that's aimed at teenage boys. Kanokon is a shounen light novel series.

The anime is starting on April 5
