wait so can someone explain this to me.. Is this Mai Hime destiny a sequel to Mai Hime, or have they just created another parallel universe like they did with my otome again? Is is a manga/novel/anime?

Also why is Arika wearing the otome uniform from My Otome..

I'm not sure what you mean by that since this is a whole new story and universe but MakiMaki is currently translating the novel. Chapter 1 is out so far.

To answer that questions, It's pretty much a new universe and unlike otome, it doesn't look like it contains any material that the creators can use to connect this series to otome or hime.

I keep hearing the same thing over and over again too. I just wish they'd reveal it. The suspense is killing me!

So far the concept of the powers is kinda dumb. So far only Shizuru and Natsuki seem to have powers that are actually good for combat. Not sure what to think of Mayo just yet.

what i meant is this.. HiME manga.. all boobs.. ass and a suckie storyline, the anime mae it all beter for me, but im guesing so far that it isnt like the HiME manga (the more fanservice than an actual storyline part)

Well you never know. So far it doesn't seem that way and i hope it develops a good plot like the anime or even a better one than the anime. Let's pray it doesn't end up like the manga
