Uta~Kata is set in Kamakura and Enoshima. There are features on the DVDs of the seiyuus (Honda Youko and Asano Masumi) going to places featured in the anime.

Actually..... *most* of these shows use settings derived from real world locations. Its just faster and easier to use a real town and run around taking photos than to design one from scratch (plus I bet there's a lunch budget when they go on the trip).

I've seen photo montages from AIR, F/SN, Haruhi, Love Hina, AYA, H&C, etc etc ....

It is kind of neat and gives the shows a touch of reality...

I have a little sister, so the little sister fetish completely escapes me. Maybe sticking her in a bag would have made my childhood a bit more peaceful. (Particularly if that bag found its way into the East River.)

Yuki would have made a nice little sister. Maybe.

Yeah the sister thing completely escapes me as well. I love my little sister, but that just makes me more freaked out when people say things like "Koi Kaze is the best anime ever, I wish I had a little sister."

Well, at least things didn't end like that last Fantasy Theater, where the Ultimate Mikuru Magic Final Nuke thing blew away the final boss together with his fortress and everything else within a 25-mile radius, including the princess that Haruhi's party was supposed to rescue.

And yay, with this, I'm now 100% caught up with the Suzumiya Haruhi series (volume 1 - 8 + 2 Haruhi Theaters). (>ヮ<)
