That's likely because she is largely a "Posthumous Character". Whatever we learn about her is through recollections of others, never herself truly though. Momoka in terms setting up the story, but ultimately minor in proceeding events.

Voted for Tabuki (I cant resist Akira Ishida), Sanetoshi, #2 with his trusty bug spray and Esmeralda.

I also really like Romi Paku's role as Yuuki but didnt vote Other for it just cuz I usually like main characters but truly a great small role for her.

Oginome Ringo, easily my favorite character in the series, too much about her that I liked.
Other for Oginome Momoka, she didn't appear much, but she seemed a very kind, selfless, and thoughtful girl, strangely like Ringo in that way later .
Tokikago Yuri, I didn't like her at least first, but after the truth of what she was trying to do started to show, I grew to like her character a good bit.
Takakura Shouma, Definitely my favorite of the 3 siblings, he was a very good main character for the series.
Takakura Himari, much more positive than people in her position.
For Comedy reasons Penguin #2 and The Princess of the Crystal.

This has to be the hardest poll I ever voted on. It was all I could do to not select everyone @__@

Though I've got to say, Ringo was the first who came to mind, followed by Himari and Masako.
Then the twins, Yuri, everyone else.

Penguins and PoC don't factor into it, they are special and they know they're the most awesome cast members of this show, so no need to vote for them
(seriously, it's just because then I would've practically voted for everyone....)

edit: OMG no one likes Mario. Now I feel bad that I didn't toss him a vote for, like, being body-checked into a pond by Masako and making me laugh or something

Voted Ringo, Shouma and Penguin 2. Quite surprising for me on the Ringo one as i didn't like her for a while at first. Penguin 2 of course because of the bug spraying
