I wonder if we ever will get the rest of the level five from the science side to actively participate in the story...so far only the magic side that always being mentioned....level five mostly appear in railgun manga...

Accelerator, Kakine, Mugino all appear in Index more.

Mikoto and Gunha are about even in both Index and Railgun.

Misaki is the only one who is purely in Railgun.

It wasn't us- the narrative in the novel declared her the equivalent to Academy City's existence. At least as far as Espers are concern. Theoretically she is said to be able to make anyone a level 5, and make any Level 5 a zero.

Theoretically, if Takitsubo becomes a Level 5, she would be able to manipulate the powers of Accel and Kakine, leading to her supreme position as a Level 6. That is what was theoretically possible, but with her body not being up to it, I doubt we'll see that plot emerging for the time being.

Although I don't know how successfully wielding both Dark Matter and Accel's powers = SYSTEM when Fiamma could not hold that ranking for long, and Othinius, even with Gungnir, is still questionable whether she is at that level.

Again, everything is theoretical. We're not sure if Takitsubo can even have that high an ability, given that the highest we've seen was against Mikoto, and even then she had a hard time doing it for a long time.

What I mean is the level of participation..we don't see them fighting much...so far the science side aside from world war three and baggage city is not that active in combat
The only one from science side that do most bulk of the fight is accelerator, misaka, and to some level the clone,...the other not mentioned much...

Well there kihara recently...

In magic side however we can see them basically all over the place...othinus, ollerus,brunhild, etc going everywhere

Well if you want to do anything to scientific angels you just need to target Last Order with yet another virus... or just jammed the network like what Accelerator tried to do.
