^It hasn't really been long since Toriko beat the Nitro at the Gourmet Pyramid. Furthermore, he and Zebra just barely managed to topple the beast, even with their combined power. Honestly, I'm not sure if he'll be ready to take on another of those creatures so soon, even with the improved Sani's help (especially since the next one is likely to be much stronger than the one at the pyramid)......

^Yeah, I definitely agree that Guemon is awesome. And Sani sure got one hell of an impressive power-up (though I'm still unsure if he's capable of soloing a Nitro). Toriko's sure got a lot of improvin' to do to catch up with his fellow kings in growth......

Sani is so pure badass, beautifully badass.
I don't think Sani could soloing a Nitro. I mean it took a Zebura and a Toriko, activating their cells to the edge to beat that thing.
And especially, they all have unique powers to use, it's not easy to compare their power levels.
But as it is right now, i think Toriko can't beat Sani, atleast not that easily. Sani stated that he wants to counter that Leg-knife by Toriko, so i guess, his hair are still not durable enough.

The pacing is on the spot again. Love this manga, especially after the homoerotic period is seemingly lying in the past now...

Kugi Punch + Knife, perhaps? It would create something like a vibration blade.

And I think I did mention a double kugi punch before when asking about how Toriko would get stronger. Maybe he's going to do it soon? The punches' force resonate at a certain point within the body to create an even larger effect.

Dang, it's disappointing that Toriko always seems to be the last series to get translated (especially since in Japan it pretty much took away Bleach's spot as one of the "big three", as it rightfully should).....

BTW, something occurred to me: Maybe it's possible that Guemon is related to Jirou? Admittedly, I don't really have much of a basis for this claim other than that they both share the same hairstyle, but also recall that Teppei is Jirou's grandson, and we never did learn who his father was, did we.....?

lol, and I even made a similar joke in my last post that Toriko's nail punch would reach the millions range later on. Perhaps it's not so implausible to think that he'll even power up his punch to the googolplex range?

LOL, I love how preposterous this series is. So it looks like Sani's ambition is to repel a planet-sized meteor with his hair. And this is before he and Toriko team up to blast apart a trillion-ton mountain. Craziness, I tell ya.

Well, now to look forward to the insanity the next chapter will bring.....

Interesting to see that Sani is being able to deflect the most powerful attack of Toriko's without spending too much energy.

Which means, in a fight, they'd be pretty much even.

Then we see both Toriko and Sani combining their strength to blast a path through the water (geez, looks like those two pulled a Moses!). Can't really make out much from the dialogue due to lack of a translation, but it definitely looks like a sweet chapter nonetheless.

But right afterwards that huge mountain from last chapter starts to fall on them (I think it's supposed to be 5000 meters tall, from what I can make out). Toriko and Sani then combine forces to obliterate the massive structure, finally clearing a path to the cave..... So once again Toriko and friends manage to triumph over the forces of nature. But how long will their (food) luck last? We should find out soon.....
