Well... maybe true but still, even if she is good at engineering and medicine and... She still can pilot it, look at Saji, he is an engineer and will be piloting 0 Riser.

Saji already had experience in operating heavy machinery though (like the worker vehicle he used in S2 episode 1). We don't know if the same is the case for Anew.

I mean once it's connected to 00, is Saji just going to chill in the cockpit? Does it have its own weapons that can fire as Setsuna is doing his thang?

Hey man calm down the O raiser and the GN archer are merely support machines that enhance a mobile suit's fighting potential.They allow a single mobilesuit to take on multiple units at once but they are far from invincible.

O raiser: from that which I read its a GN powered fighter craft that when docked with the 00 stablizes it's twin drive system allowing trans-am to be used, it can also store large amounts of GN particles which means increased power to beam weapons and GN Verniers.The twin drive system is probably computer controlled but if a problem should occur saji could possibly regulate the twin drive manually. the O raiser has extensive sensors platforms which saji will use to relay vital info to the other meisters such as weaknesses and battle strength

GN Archer: I imagine it too stores large amounts of gn particles, when combined with arios will probably increase it's speed dramatically.If it's anything like the kyrios' tailbooster has some serious weaponry GN bazookas and shitloads of GN missiles. It can also transform into a yet unseen mobilesuit (possibly Guncannon like in appearance) providing yet more assistance and support

The O-Raiser, based on its profile, can do 4 things for the 00 Gundam:

1. Primary function: Stabilize the Twin Drive System to allow it to perform safely at 100% power and beyond.

2. All the weapons on the O-Raiser, including GN Missiles, GN Beam machineguns and GN Vulcans, are useable whilst connected to the 00 Gundam, hence it provides enhanced all-around additional firepower.

3. The O-Raiser adds large thruster assemblies on its back and the side binders, much like those on the Ahead, hence physically enhancing the 00 Gundam's mobility and speed.

4. The powerful sensor suite on the O-Raiser can be used to enhance command and control functions through the collection of large quantities of environment information, essentially making the 00 Gundam the de-facto commander mobile suit of the team.

he probably means that with the 0 - riser attached 00 has a zero system type of ability so it can lead the other 3 in battle much like how quatre did with the zero system installed in sandrock during one of the eps of Gwing.

Definitely I want to see Setsuna use this system,so the Meister can do some interesting combat formation.Can't wait to see Setsuna do some ultra fast melee combo move with his 00 Raiser.Shock & awe style from CB,wuhuu!!!

Maybe Saji would use it regarding his engineering background,hopefully Saji won't freak out with so many blip appear on his advanced radar system.This time Saji will show the serious side of him since he point a gun at Setsuna in ep 1.

I think that Saji won't be needing to pull a trigger. If he will need to defend himself when he can shot GN Missiles witch can find her targets all by themselves.
